Grote schone kamer en badkamer, om de hoek van Broadway en Times Square. Het ontbijt krijg je in een tasje en moet je op de kamer nuttigen, voor ons zat er teveel in het tasje zonde om weg te gooien dus gaven wij het aan een dakloze.

Rooms not available when I arrived, took extended time for checking. Then was given a room that was not what I reserved. Dingy room in poor condition. I would not recommend this hotel.

This property is run down and basically has no amenities, is a basic hotel. Fine if cheaper, but this isnt a cheaper hotel. The walls had marking on it, the desk chair was heavily stained, the sink had the pain peeling, the shower soap tray was rusting, the know for the shower comes off easily, and there's no mini fridge. The only thing it has going for it is the upgraded rooms are 50 sq ft larger than their competitors. I can't recommend this place to anyone. I paid over $400 for the last night of a 3 night booking. How this is worth $400 is beyond me. Brutally honest review, but someone in the hotel needs to make some changes.

Air conditioning wasn’t working in my room, bath tub won’t hold water, breakfast is way better in other hotels(very limited, no options) , my reservation had a total $702,00 I was traveling on a budget with my wife and was charged over $1500 when did my check in they said was only pending and authorizations and the money would go back to my card in some days which means our vacation was ruined, I’m never returning to that location and won’t recommend

I had my passport stolen from my room. The tv didn’t work and the thermostat was broken so the room was really hot. Good repair person though to disconnect the heater after the 2nd call (over 90 minutes).

Convenient location but the building needs repair: only one bedside lamp worked, weird hole in the ceiling where the sprinkler is, a bit dusty here and there and tub was a bit dirty.

We enjoyed our entire day from beginning to end. We had trouble with the drain in the bathtub and that was fixed immediately. Whatever we needed we were able to get. The only part was when we checked in it was 10 o’clock in the morning and they stated the room would not be ready till 4 PM, however, it was ready by 2 PM which was very, thankful for us. We enjoyed our stay, and we will be back again again and again.

It's hard to believe this is a 4 star hotel. The promotions of the hotel are misleading and untruthful. Staff were not friendly and lied about providing a fridge, which they stated was available upon request. I stayed for 5 days and inquired 4 times, to no avail. Additionally, it was a struggle to simply get toilet paper (extra toilet paper is not provided in the hotel room upon arrival). The bathroom was not as clean as I expected. The facility seems a bit outdated and old (loose faucet, shower knob). There was a lack of outlets and they were also incredibly loose, which made charging devices difficult. Also, the room I stayed in had a creaking, squeaking door that would make noise throughout the stay due to draft and air being blown from the AC. The experience was below average. I wouldn't recommend it.

I like that you needed your room key to operate the elevator made us feel safe. The hotel was clean, quiet. The staff was very welcoming and polite. We had to pay for parking but I was totally ok with that because it was right across the street. Definitely plan in coming back and staying longer

What a wonderful experience from the time I checked in with Monique to the time I have a little bit of a hiccup I decided to stay an extra day, and Elle, Jenny and Chirst all helped to expedite the reservation I made incorrectly. They all took over and helped me while I was able to continue on with my scheduled event. I came back from lunch and it was all taken care of. I really appreciate what they did...

We paid $500 for a night at this property, which is about what we pay every year for a place near Times Square. The other places we have stayed had a spectacular view. A couple of them had breakfast included. This place has no views. The desk clerk put us on the second floor with an airshaft view, but she explained that no rooms in the building have a view. Not something mentioned anywhere. It did have breakfast included, but that is somewhat misleading. It is a takeaway breakfast. You pick out prepackaged danish or granola bars, and they give you a bag to take it back to your room. Disappointing. We could have done better at a 7-11.

This is an older hotel with a great location. If you are hoping for the Hyatt, keep looking. You are steps away from everything. It is quiet and comfortable. Business center and ice machine are on the mezzanine floor. The included breakfast is packaged pastries, juice and coffee. For management: I am in property management and pretty easy to get along with. The key is honesty. If the room I booked was no longer available- tell me that and I’ll pay the fair price but don’t try and pull the wool over my eyes. There are so many improvements that can be done with a low cost factor. Caulk the showers. Replace missing light shades. Clean the vents. Stop the tub from dripping. Put the refrigerator in the room without a request. You have a great location, and a great staff, add value to your asset. Do quarterly preventive maintenance. I hope to come to NY again and would definitely stay here.

Location: amazing, only a 1-2 minute walk to time square. Room: great size, comfy bed and couch. Had the best nights sleep i've had in a long time! Unfortunately, the shower felt dirty and moldy, bathroom was decent though. Could hear other people talking every now and then. The room also smelt like cigarets and weed quite often which was rather unpleasant. Breakfast was included, but it was a “grab and go” breakfast, which wasnt too bad. Also, there was no mini-fridge or microwave in the room. Our room was right next to the elevator, and when the aircon/heater wasn’t on you could hear it going up and down. if you're looking to stay super close to time square and don't care about a nice smelling room and fancy amenities, then this is a great place to stay!

If you want to be in the heart of the Theater District, this is a fine choice. But noisy. The room was fine but nothing special. Could have used a mini fridge. Grab-and-go breakfast, but weirdly no seating. Not enough outlets in the room.
