Negative: no restaurant; no options for breakfast included (because no restaurant); very, very expensive; a lot of extra fees to be paid at the end of your already expensive stay; no electric kettle in the room for tea; they charge $40,- for an umbrella.

Great hotel, was better than we expected. It’s only a couple of blocks from the Manhattan cruise terminal. Less than 10 miles from LaGuardia airport but it was a $100 Uber ride.

1. There were hidden fees not discolsed until we checked in. Ended up paying $150 more than we booked it for, but it was too late to consider other options. 2. There was a mess of hair in the shower that wasn't cleaned out of the drain cover. Pretty gross.

Enjoyed the hotel overall. The decor and atmosphere were very nice. But, I would like to have a restaurant on site. There are many options for eating in the area which is nice. Had to call for towel 2 of the 4 days I stayed. Only 2 of the outlets in the room worked.

Great location for a weekend watching Broadway shows! This hotel is an easy walk from the theatres and very close to some great Hell's Kitchen restaurants. There is a subway entrance right across the street and it's a short walk to Central Park. We found the location very convenient!

The location was fantastic. Just one block from the subway station, a few minute walk to Central Park, MoMa, Times Square, theaters, so many restaurants, cafes, and shops. The hotel has warm atmosphere, tasteful decor, friendly service, and comfortable beds. The service is minimal, yet it feels upscale. The pillows were too tall for our taste, but we used cushions on the couch and it worked. We would stay there again.

Loved this hotel and the little attentions to detail. Had a suite which included a record player and an artists easel with pencils and a picture to colour in. Such a nice idea, my partner loved chilling out in the evening being creative. Staff were very helpful and we would definitely return next time we are in NYC

The overall facility and location were fantastic. My wife thought that our room AC was loud and would not cool the room as cold as she would have liked. The doormen were awesome but the front desk staff member that checked us in did not stand out as excellent. Overall we had a very nice stay and I would recommend!

The staff at Romer is fantastic. From the doormen to the front desk agents to housekeeping - everyone is so kind & accommodating. The hotel is in a great location & very walkable to Time’s Square & good restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay there again.

Die Unterkunft war schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Anbindung zur Metro war perfekt. Der Times Square und der Broadway waren in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Frühstück würde ich nicht nochmal dazu buchen, da es sich nicht um ein klassisches Frühstück im Sinne eines Buffets handelt, sondern lediglich um ein Art Café, in dem man sich einen Kaffee und ein Croissant holen kann. Das war bei Expedia leider nicht korrekt angegeben. Hier stand, es würde sich um ein "kontinentales Frühstück "handeln. Dem ist mit nichten so.
