Growing up all you ever hear is comparison to the Ritz how it’s the best and the fanciest. The crem de la crem allegedly. The staff was amazing, Thomas the concierge was amazing helped up plan our day and treated us amazing. The room however was lackluster the view of Central Park was nice, however the mold in the shower team with poorly cleaned room with thick layers of dust on doors and phones etc teamed with a rock hard bed that was not comfortable my disappointed was immeasurable. This is supposed to be the absolute best and it was no where near Espically for the price would considered many others before going back.

For our annual January return to NYC we opted to stay at the Ritz Carlton Central Park and were delighted it was as nice/quality and elegant as it has been for a past stay. It is our first choice for the future.

The staff are super nice and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, bed lovely and I loved having a tub. The room was very well equipped with wine and champagne glasses and a very well stocked fridge with drinks and snacks. The room had a steamer for your clothes too and bathrobes. The only thing missing is an ice machine on the floor, so you have to order ice and have it delivered. And a big bummer is no coffee machine in the room. Which is disappointing. But you can go down and get coffee in the lobby in the morning. Which is not great of course. Especially if you are working in the room most of the day. As my husband was. Otherwise a perfect stay.

I am happy that you noticed the coffee cart in the lobby that is available from 6am to 8am daily. While I am aware that other hotels offers coffee machines in the guest rooms, I would like to let you know that upon request, the hotel does have coffee machines. Hotel doormen were more interested in their phones than they were with the guests. Constantly paying more attention to themselves rather than assisting guests with doors and luggage. Hotel lobby bar staff place our order incorrectly twice and check in never bothered to notify us our room was ready. Great location, disappointing staff, not worth the value for the money.

This is a wonderful property and a true five star. We stayed 4 nights and couldn’t have been happier. The park view room on the 7th floor had wonderful views of the park. The bathroom was fantastic and no “brown” water as stated in other reviews. No iron in the room is not an issue. We requested an iron and had it in less than 5 minutes. The doormen were friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff did a great job. The area has every restaurant, shopping, subway, etc. you could want. We come to NYC several times a year and this was one of the best!

공원뷰 객실이용, 창을 통해 보이는 센트럴파크와 주위건물, 하늘의 모습이 모두 그림같이 예쁘다. 아침, 낮, 저녁, 밤 모든 전망이 좋다. 명품shop이 많이 있는 5번가도 가까워 걸어서 갈 수 있고, 공원산책도 자유롭다. The Met박물관은 공원을 통해 걸어갈 수 있다. 분위기는 고풍스러우나 최근 리모델링하여 깨끗한 편 직원들 매우 친절하다. 특히 한국인 직원 Casey가 소통및 편의제공에 친절하게 많은 도움를 주어 기억에 남는 여행이 되었다. 커피머신, 냉장고, 전자레인지, 물끓일 주전자등 문의했더니 추가요금없이 친절하게 가지고 와서 다 세팅해 주었다. 이 호텔은 필요한 것이 있으면 일단 문의하는 것이 중요하다. 욕실용 가운, 신발도 고급지다. 다음에 또 묶고싶은 호텔이다.

This is a poorly managed property. There is no coffee machine in the room and they only serve coffee in the lobby till 8am. They close the var by 11:45pm and if you are not done by 12am they start closing the curtains and start vacuuming.
