'This was our first time in the Cape Ann area, and we sure did choose wisely on renting this home. The owners did a phenomenal job remodeling this home. It is extremely well appointed, and the attention to details was great. It really was a 5 minute walk to Good Harbor Beach where we took some amazing pics including a spectacular sunrise. The home was convenient to everything we wanted to do and all the restaurants. We absolutely will stay here again, and think you should too.'

'This house has a big kitchen/living room and comfy beds. Not drinking the well water was odd-would be nice if the water provided was in glass and more plentiful. Also the paddle board was broken which was a bummer but the owner was very responsive and worked with us to make up for that. It’s a sweet cottage.'

'The unit was very clean and walking distance to the beach. One thing that would be a huge improvement would be a new mattress on the queen bed. The unit is pet friendly but the owner/manager could go above and beyond and recommend the renter research pet friendly areas for exercising their pet (the main area is very limited on pet access). Communication was very timely and thorough and friendly. I recommend this group as someone worth doing business with.'

'The apartment was exceptional—neat, roomy, and conveniently located at the heart of it all, with most attractions within an easy stroll or a brief car ride. For those traveling with canine companions, you'll be delighted to find a charming dog park in the vicinity, although we only discovered this gem on the final day of our stay. "Great place to stop if you're looking to be close to the tri-state area, going to Boston or just road-tripping. The staff were exceptionally kind and offered a microwave as an amenity when we needed one to heat up our leftover food. They even came to bring it. Housekeeping was thorough and rooms smelled clean. I have a high standard for cleanliness, and I am sad to say that the motel is showing its age a bit. Particularly the area around the toilet is rusty and has a lot of icky places, and there's rust on much of the metal surface areas. But that's to be expected. Overall a good stay. "
