'Let’s face it, this home is a rental. It’s not perfect. Cosmetically it looks great. We slept really well in king bed in the Master BR. No window coverings in master bedroom or kitchen/family room area. Carpet & windows need cleaning. Backyard was nice & home is located in a great quiet neighborhood & use of double car garage to park our car inside. With that said we enjoyed our stay & was comfortable for our purpose & needs. We would rent this home again. We stayed a week.'

'This is one of the best places that I have ever stayed; the rooms are clean with tons of character. I love the style and the history of the place. There is a yard with a large outdoor kitchen and other fun games and stuff. Great for the kiddos! I'd like to find a reason to go back to the area just so that I can stay at this place again! And the American River is just right down the road (if you don't mind driving a gravel road). Love it and would definitely recommend! '
