'Stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday. It was the perfect little cabin for two - quaint and homey furnishings plus a stocked kitchen and a bowl of candy provided by the host! We loved the location right next to the river, and there were plenty of other activities within a short drive. Can't wait to stay there again.'

'The Thomas Chapel was perfection! The history itself made this a very special place to stay. The inside is immaculate and no detail was overlooked. 'My wife, our adult son, and our cocker spaniel stayed here over a weekend. We had an event in Blowing Rock on Saturday and it was super convenient to get in town or to the Blue Ridge Parkway. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. The Food Lion was minutes away, but we felt like we were in the mountains. It was a bit cold, but we used the outdoor grill and would have enjoyed sitting on the porch during warmer weather. Plenty of seating, a great kitchen table for board games...

'The house was great open space so we could all enjoy our time together. I loved sitting on the front porch in the morning drinking coffee. Very close to everything. The only thing was the floor s needed to be cleaned and some dusting. But the beds were clean and so were the bathrooms. Yes I would stay there again.'
