'Great location and area'

'It was a cute place , great location (minus parking) and enjoyed our stay.'

'Good location, 1 block to grocery store and some restaurants. Walking distance to pier shops. You do have to cross a busier road to get to the beach which might be hard with kids but it was just fine for us. It was nice to have some beach equipment to use. Large living room to hang out in that opens to patio with sliding doors. I would stay here again.'

'This place is super clean & has great light! We loved this location- super close to downtown in one direction, and the ferry in the other direction! Garage is fully stocked with beach chairs/toys, wagon! Plenty of space to park our car or the overnight bikes we rented! Would happily return!'

'We were participating in a paddling training camp at the Newport Aquatic Centre. It was a very comfortable space for 2 adults but could have fit 4 if needed. We really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen as we were cooking healthy meals at home. Property manager was very responsive. Only took advantage of the included e-bike rental one day because we were otherwise busy - it was a wonderfully fun way to explore the area.'

'Not the cleanest property considering the price but the location is perfect'

'This condo is in a beautiful part of Newport Beach and is right on the sand. The condo was spotless and had loads of towels and beach towels for us. This was a girls trip with five of us and we had plenty of room. The condo is very nicely appointed and has the extra benefit of a parking spot in a secured garage. George, the owner, is fabulous! we will definitely come back!'

'Our stay at this Newport Beach home in early April was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most incredible unobstructed views of the beach. The sunsets and sunrises were breathtaking. The house's location was ideal for us. It was close enough to the coffee shop and restaurants that we could easily grab a bite to eat or a cup of coffee, yet far enough away that we could enjoy some peace and quiet. 'This property should not ever be rented to family of 8. You are renting the top level of a unit and the property manager will threaten to put you out and charge your card. Regular living noise ( walking, talking, etc) bothers the downstairs neighbor.'

'The floor and dishes were dirty. No cups in a full kitchen. Window above bed won’t close making it super cold at night. The limited amount of parking made doing anything outside the area challenging.'

'Enjoyed our stay here for a long weekend. Place was clean and comfortable, communication with host company was great as well. It was a little bit noisey we found (its next to a park), but the convienence of the nearby shops and restaurants made it an ideal place. We had views of the ocean being up top (2nd floor), if you're on the ground floor the sand will likely block your water view. Did have someone park in our assigned parking on the last night, but we worked around that. I'd stay here...

'Overall, this property was a perfect location to stay at for a few days . There were a few housekeeping details that the owner needs to improve on, in my opinion, before we would book this location again. We had to contact the management company and ask that a mattress be replaced because when two people slept in it the mattress sank in the middle; it was terrible. Thank goodness Villa Rentals came up with a solution ASAP (and FYI, if you book through them you can save yourself $$ rather then...

'Location is great to the beach, Disney and LA. Parking was tight and confusing as to which side of the garage was ours. Top floor gets the left side BTW. Get to the garage from the alley. Had an issue with the dish washer and it was fixed the same day. 👍 The beach chairs and toys were super helpful.'
