'We decided to forgo the crowds at the local hotels to stay here. It's only 10 minutes from UB North and it couldn't have been more convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment has everything you need to stay, we didn't have to bring anything extra. If I had to do it again, I'd stay here.'

'House was as listed. Good sized rooms, balcony was a hit with the kids, and house was a 7 minute drive from the national park. Easy! Minor housekeeping issues: Top bunk sheets were dirty and had hair, when we rolled down the blankets for my kids. Glasses had lip marks and needed to be rewashed before using. Another roll of paper towels would have been appreciated. Otherwise, good home base for a great eclipse trip!'

'My husband and I were in town for a wedding. Carriage house was absolutely perfect for us! Very walkable to many shops, restaurants, and the river. Kitchen was well stocked with all the basic amenities. Behalf bathroom was such a nice bonus. Home is historic and The property is Very nice with lots of seating areas outside. Peaked into some of the windows around the main house and that looks just as lovely. Communication and contact with host was excellent!! We will be coming back again this...

'We had a great stay at Niagara at this location. The space is nice, up to date, and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and prepare our meals. The falls are a short walk away - under 15 minutes to the Maid of the Mist / Observation Tower if you follow the path from the Aquarium / Niagara Gorge Discovery Center. We also walked across to the Canada side (bring your passports!) and viewed from over there as well. We would visit again!'

"We smelled marihuana in the room. At first the reception employee and manager wouldn't give us another room even though we have 3 kids. Only if we would pay 300 dollar per night extra. Concierge was a great guy. Eventually they offered us a clean room without extra cost."
