Het is een leuke accommodatie voor 1 of 2 dagen en met kids tot ~10 jaar denk ik. Het aanbod aan glijbanen en de wachttijden bij de glijbanen maken det je er na 2 dagen wel klaar mee bent. Buffet, mogelijkheden om te eten etc zijn prima in orde, en ook de kamer waar wij verbleven was prima.

While the staff at Great Wolf Lodge were exceptional, providing attentive service throughout our stay, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The resort felt dated and in need of refurbishment, with uncomfortable rooms and terrible mattresses (hands down the worst I’ve ever slept on). The wallpaper in our wolf den was peeling, and there were only thin blankets on the uncomfortable bunk beds. The animatronic story time was more eerie than entertaining, and the constant additional costs were a frustration. Although the waterpark was fun, it didn't live up to the advertised hype. Furthermore, the lack of indication for the wave pool schedule, coupled with inconvenient towel arrangements and expensive lockers really detracted from the overall enjoyment of our visit. We won’t be back.

Stayed for 1 night with 2 kids at the Kids Camp room on a Sunday night. Check in and out are super easy. Took 2 mins to check in and you just check out via TEXT. They don't have Front desk or house keeping phone numbers anymore. Everything is via TEXT which is easy enough for most of us. You dont go for the room, you go for the Water Park which we spent most of our time. Besides, there are so many upsell opportunity to try to squeeze every pennies out of you. We didn't purchase any of the PAW PASS which saved lots of money but if you want to "enhance" the experience for your kids with some plastic magic ward, be my guest. Also, we didn't eat at any of their restaurant. We actually brought our dinner/ Breakfast and snacks. You can also UBER eats if you like. Parking is easy and free! The water park is amazing!!!! if you are going with a few families, then the adult can play all the slides on Day 1 and the kids can continue on Day 2 as I am sure the adult will loss interests on the second day. Most of the time we didn't need to wait for too long for the slides but on Monday morning we waited 25 mins which i can't imagine the line during peak season/hours. Overall, we had lots of fun!

Waterpark is awesome! Eating options are good! Food at Barnwood was nice but there was a cold draft that gave us the chills. They couldn’t fix the issue so we ate quickly while freezing before checking out! The meal plan was well worth it. Rooms/washrooms not clean, manager rarely available, front desk line, during checkout, took 20 mins with one staff member for our queue. It was ridiculous.

I had a unfortunate sudden situation needing my family to change the dates of our arrival to celebrate our sons 13th bday & requested to change the dates. Not only did that not happen, but they refused to give me a refund. So not only did we not get to celebrate our son becoming a teenager at Great Wolf, but I'm lost quite a bit of $$$ VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! 👎😠

Area around the property is not the best. The room clearly needed maintenance as the shower fixture was loose. You would think the wego stops here. It does not. You have to walk 10-20mins to the green line.

Here my nice comment only for a waiter during breakfast. No service for family.kids got injured in water park and asked for help,there was a young girl told me they only have alcohol cleaning pads and bondy , nothing else! If you have special needs such as birthday cake keeping,no way! So,it is a place not considerate,you need to get ready for everything for things it could happen! Anyway,food here is nice and good price! Room is old and no bottle water!!! There are tea bags and coffee powder,but no kettle!

At night we still can heard kids laughing, the bed was so soft and ventilation from bathroom was weak.

I have never interacted with staff at any hotel or resort that were as polite, friendly, and wonderful as the people at Great Wolf Lodge. We were blown away by the amenities and service at the lodge. The lifeguards at the waterpark were constantly scanning the pools and constantly moving- every single staff member we interacted with greeted us. We will definitely be returning. Our suite was spotlessly clean and larger than expected.
