This hotel is modern and nice. Staff is great! However i paid extra for a “sea view” room not partial sea view room and my room had zero sea view. I was on the 3rd floor and was only able to see trees. Actually this hotel shouldn't even advertise “sea view” because i feel the only place where you can actually see the ocean is from the bar on the 6th floor. There are other hotels in the area less expensive with a much better view. Wouldn't stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for five nights. A very friendly welcome by the door staff and lovely lady who checked me in. My room was a bit small but very well decorated with good amenities. The bed and pillows were very comfortable allowing for a great nights of sleep. The hotel is the perfect location for everything is only a few minutes walk to Messena Square Tram and the old town and promenade. My only disappointment was the restaurant on the 6th floor which I thought was overpriced and lacking atmosphere. Apart from that, I would highly recommend staying here.

For the size of property, It could do with another more comfortable lounge, that serves drinks. I would also expect a pool at the standard of hotel. Despite the above, the staff were all excellent. The hotel proved its worth when reacting to small issues. Our shower would not get very warm. In alerting the concierge, maintenance solved the issue within the next 20 minutes. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Great location. Reception staff below average in service. Most of the Hotel staff is lacking Anantara spirit in hospitality and behave as if they are superior to the guests. Breakfast service is outstanding. Amazing view from the restaurant. My bag went missing after giving my car to the hotel valet for overnight parking. Valet service is expensive 59 euro per night.

The property is fantastic, with amazing views from the hotel. The lovely lady who checked us is and upgraded our room since we came as a birthday trip which made me feel very special, thank you. The staff were so professional and had a fantastic customer service and all very friendly, from door men to reception. Great! The room we were given was fantastic and had an absolutely beautiful view with palm trees and sea. Great amenities. There was only one slight issue in the shower where it seemed that the drain wasn’t going down fast enough so caused a slight flooding in the bathroom which we raised to reception, to which they allowed us to check out a tad later in return. The breakfast was amazing which plenty of choice and the view from the rooftop was stunning during breakfast. The staff there were very attentive and prompt also. We went to the restaurant in the evening also however we didn’t really find anything to cater to us on the menu but maybe that was just us also the prices for small portions were a bit dear but each to their own pocket. Overall we were very well looked after and enjoyed our stay at this property. I would highly recommend with this top location.

Superb hôtel with excellent service and localisation. I found just a bit sad that the spa closes so early! I arrived for a late check in at 20:00, I was expecting to have a relaxing massage and the spa was already closed.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and modern. Very comfortable. The rooftop restaurant offers delicious food and the view of the ocean are breathtaking. The only complaint we have is that we tried calling room service to order breakfast and they wouldn’t answer. I then called the front desk and they took the order for us. We were unsure if we would be getting our order as there was no call back with an approximate time of delivery. This happened twice during our stay. Maybe next time we will have snacks in our room just in case room service is unreliable. Other than that the hotel was great.

Beautiful fresh new structure
This place was what I was looking for, clean, brand new and modern. I didn't want a run-down, dirty hotel for "historic" significance. So this hotel was great for being squeaky clean and fresh. The service was awful. They admitted it themselves, when I brought it up. They are new and it takes time to find good employees. Room service was atrocious, sometimes they just forgot and didn't show up, sometimes they showed up with the wrong items, but I did get one refund for them serving wrong items. The Concierge was rarely available so I made all reservations myself, easier and quicker than waiting for the elusive Concierge. The Spa massage therapist was the worst. She wasted time filling out forms even though I had arrived 15 mins in advance, just so she could cut into my 90 mins of expensive massage. I got barely 70 mins because she wasted time and rushed off the massage. This was the ONLY time in my life that I didn't tip a massage therapist because I felt scammed! This is a beautiful hotel, location great, nice people at the front desk. But it has some issues that hopefully it will work out in the future.

Gorgeous Hotel! A Must Stay...
Stunning property. We booked this hotel last minute given some flight cancellations. We were headed to the Four Seasons in Cap Ferrat however they didn't have the first night available. This hotel was stunning, had amazing service, and was a highlight hotel of our 10-day trip. I'd highly recommend.

Vi kommer ikke igen - men ligger godt
Vi boede på 5 sal - der er meget larm fra stole og stiletter fra 6 sal hvor restaurant ligger. Udendørs bordet var ikke tørret af fra de forgående gæsters drinks. Den første dag var der ikke slippers. Anden dag var kleenex boks ikke udskiftet. Lyset gik på hele hotellet i 10 minutter, og ingen info eller undskyldning. Deres kaffe er latterlig dårlig. Vi bad om at de skaffede en taxa - sagde at det var lettere hvis vi selv stoppede en ved vejen. Man skal ikke bo der og kun have råd til en taxa. Generelt var personalet lidt snobbet. Udsigten fra væreslet var fantastisk og ligeledes fra 6 sal tagterrasse. Det er ikke et hyggeligt hotel - som vi Danskere forstår ved hygge. Men det ligger super godt i forhold til byen, stranden, og den gamle bydel. Morgenmad havde vi ikke med - så den kan vi ikke kommentere på. Men der er masser af dejlige steder at spise morgenmad på 5 min derfra. Husk 2 min derfra ligger Gina på Place Massena - helt super dejlig mad og indretning - særligt indenfor. Super søde tjenere og playliste

My stay at the Anantara was really exceptional. I have to call out the staff for incredible service. From check in, through concierge to the wonderful manager at Seen, everyone seemed genuinely focussed on making my stay as pleasant as possible. Next thing I’d call out is the room.
