'Rented the Castle for a Mom's get-a-way weekend to celebrate my 40th with 8 friends. The house and the property were fantastic and we had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of space so we could have our own rooms and sleep in. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed cooking together and exploring the castle and grounds - there's a great easy 45 min hike around the lake. Highly recommend bringing tiaras to wear in the hot tub while sipping mulled wine on a lovely fall day. Definitely...

'Super charming mini castle! Very responsible hosts! FYI you will need to do some ducking to use stairs descending into cozy bedroom+ bathroom atea. Over 6’2” might be a little cramped downstairs but upstairs is spacious and the castle has enough charm to make up for it. Highly recommend a sunset hike on the property trail, so perfect. A lovely couples getaway. Grill/hilltop area is perfect for stargazing too.'

'We stayed at the Castle Vineyard with 5 teenagers (age 14-18), and they absolutely loved it. So many activities to keep them (and us) busy! The charm and attention to detail with all the unique decor and furnishings was amazing. We were able to stop by Three Sheeps Brewing and Hika Bay Park- great spots to check out while there. Hosts were very communicative- We will be back!'

'With all my boys hitting 18 or older, it’s been harder to find something exciting and new to do for all their birthdays that fall within two weeks of each other. We have always loved visiting Sequim and the animal game farm. I was happily surprised to learn of this festive and unique castle that was full of all the fun amenities like costumes, decor, medieval type dishes, furniture, etc. It was really fun. My only regret is not staying longer.'

'This was a beautiful home and would recommend to anyone, but I wish there were more towels for bathing, properly sized trash bags for kitchen, and maybe some salt and pepper available. Little things really, would stay again!'

'We rented this for my mom's 80th birthday and had a murder mystery masquerade. We set up carnival games for the kids outside. There was plenty of room for everyone and we all had a great time. Some of the mattresses could be updated as they weren't the most comfortable but that is the only thing I would change. Everything else was PERFECT!!!! The host was wonderful and always responded quickly to any question that I had. I would definitely rent this again.'
