'As a former resident of old Colorado City and Manitou Springs found a location to be very centralized. Our dogs loved the fenced yard. Very organized, wonderful cleaning supplies selection, accessible to guests. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!'

'While relocating from overseas we needed a ‘home’ in the medium term why we located our permanent home. The apartment on Union Blvd was a near perfect answer for our needs. Well set out, well equipped, very well located in Colorado Springs, it was everything we needed. Quiet, clean. Communication with the management team… if needed… was easy and friendly. We’d recommend these apartments to anyone needing a short to long term stay.'

During my stay the temperatures were in excess of 95 degrees, because the air conditioning was never turned on during my stay I was literally unable to sleep until it finally cooled down about 4am (I get up for work at 6). The list of amenities is completely inaccurate. Due to the high fees associated and because there are no amenities there is no value.'

'The Vrbo was very clean, except for some dog poop on the path in the backyard. The room was perfect for our road trip pit stop and was very close to the Gardens of the Gods.'
