'The accommodation is great. The state of the building and the rooms are very good. The kitchen has the minimum but it’s just enough. (It’s helpful to have one). The location is very good. '전체적으로 만족하였습니다! 2층 침대가 있는 방인데 좋았어요! 다만, 가족여행을 하면 트렁크가 여러개인데, 펼쳐 놓고 있을 공간이 조금 부족하고, 방에 제공되는 슬리퍼가 없어서 방 내부에서 이동이 불편했습니다. 이용하신다면 슬리퍼를 챙겨가세요! 택시를 이용한다면 호텔앞에는 주차가 힘듭니다! 다른 곳에 주차해야 해서 이부분은 불편해요!'

'For Japan standard this is a great place. The space is enormous and in very clean and great condition. The hot tube is amazing! But here are con's: - place is not worth for 2 people due the high price. Nice for family with kids or 2 couples. - I was actually missing a coffee machine, specially due the price range Overall nice place with tremendous space but I will book a regular hotel for the half of the price. By the way, the staff is great, helpfull and super kind ! Arigato :)'

'친구들이랑 왔어요. 깔끔하고 좋아요. 에비스초역 바로 근처라서 편했어요. 조리시설과 세탁기가 있어서 편리했습니다. 한국어를 할 수 있는 직원이 없어서 불편했고 생각지도 못한 숙박세가 나와서 당황했습니다. 시설은 편리하고 조용하고 좋았습니다.'

'3LDKで家族でゆったり過ごせました。 清潔感があって、好きです。 お部屋に洗濯機、洗濯物干し場所（サンルーフ）があって汚れ物を最小限に出来たり、 トースターや冷蔵庫と小さい冷凍庫、3号炊きの炊飯器まであるので、自分で軽い朝食を作ったり出来ました。（生米は持参の必要あり） 徒歩圏内にコンビニがあり、便利。 海遊館、観覧車、なにわ横町、レゴプレイパークが徒歩圏内です。 また、大阪に来たときには利用したいです。'

'桜島の駅からも近く、ユニバまでも歩いて行ける距離でとてもよかった。 部屋の中にいても園内のBGMやフラダイの絶叫する声など聞こえてきてユニバオタクには最高！ お風呂やエアコンのフィルターがホコリで詰まっていたので効きが悪く全て掃除してから部屋で過ごしました。カーテンもホコリが酷かったので清掃面が改善されれば最高の宿だと思います。 また利用したいです。'

'Perfect hotel, Japan style sized (but not too bad). Self Check-in in combination with the huge number of rooms, makes it unpersonal. Big food court in the same buiding, very easy to have lunches and dinners. '

'The location is close to Kyoto Station and many restaurants. Guests are required to take their shoes off at the main entrance and store their shoes in the lockers, so that means guests walk around the hotel in their socks, which is kind of nice. The lobby has an area to clean the luggage wheels. Additionally, there is free coffee/tea, ice cream, and noodles at certain hours. The onsen is also nice and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and clean. Overall, a great place to stay!'
