'Our stay was very nice starting on the second day when the septic tank was emptied and we had full use of the bathrooms! Until then, it was very annoying to not be able to use 2 of the 4 bathrooms. Also the pool heater didn’t work for the first 2 days but we dealt with that. The house itself is very nice and has all the basics that we needed.'

'This property was absolutely perfect for our multi generational family stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the home was clean and well maintained, the living spaces are perfect for conversation and for hanging out. The backyard was great for recreation and relaxing. 'The beds were comfortable and the pool was like a big hot tub at night which was great when it was cold. My husband and dad enjoyed the put put. The backyard had great sun exposure most of the day. We loved the proximity to restaurants(walkable) and the Reach 11 sports complex (8 minutes) where our son had his games. Also the holiday decorations in the area were beautiful. Would defiantly stay again.'

'My sister and I rented this house for a week to visit her in laws who recently relocated from NH to the Phoenix area. The home was spacious and clean. The yard is also well maintained and such a relaxing space. The neighborhood is quiet and is located close to stores, gas stations, shopping, etc. We had a great week swimming, relaxing and visiting family!'

'I’m not a fan of leaving bad reviews, but in fairness to others thinking about renting this home, some full disclosure is needed. This house is advertised as a very high end home and could be if it had some improvements both on the house itself as well as the management. The good: location and neighborhood is very nice! House has plenty of room, though the description should point out what rooms have en-suite bathrooms and also that two of the six bathrooms are half baths. The bad: House was...

'All good but the roaches!'

'Het hotel bood weinig aan accommodatie om te eten, geen ontbijt, geen maaltijden, slechts een kleine bar met enkele snacks. Dit is goed om weten indien men daarop gesteld is. Bij Marriott aan de overzijde (toch auto nemen zeker bij plus 40°) was het ontbijt zeer lekker, en het Italiaans restaurant dat we uitkozen was uitstekend, mooie inrichting en lekker eten.'
