'Mooi oud paleis met 9 hole golf en midden in het groen maar toch dicht bij de stad Bilbao. Zeer ruime en comfortabele kamers. Beperkte restaurantmogelijkheid. Op 5 min. Van Bilbao luchthaven.'

'The location is great and the hotel very cozy. However, it was very noisy there from early morning. Also, the staff was in the midst of preparing the property for a wedding and the process was very disruptive to us. There were so many people everywhere, very loud even in our dinning area. Considering that we had to pay for a mediocre breakfast, they should have made sure that we had peace at least during breakfast. The place in itself is great but the staff preparing the place for another event...

'I spent 4 days in Santander and the hotel is really good. Nice location, clean and staffs are very nice and helpful. They helped me to arrange for early check in and helped us to book the restaurants. I am pretty sure I will book this hotel again.'

'Mooi hotel, fijne kamers. Hotel promote zichzelf met foto's van het mooie zwembad. Het zwembad maakt deel uit van een luxe spa waarvoor je €12,50 pp moet bijbetalen. Dit staat nergens vermeld. Schandalig vind ik.'

'Nice 4stars hotel in the hills 10km outside of Jaca, great room, good bed, nice mountain views. Less good was the dinner option, a 10 minutes drive to Jaca is preferred.'

'This hotel is amazing value. It's got views of the sea from the terrace, the breakfast is really good - scrambled eggs with bacon, sausages, cold cuts, 3 different types of bread for toast, fresh tomato, plenty of pastries, espresso as well as americano coffee. The room was cozy, nicely decorated, and the bed comfy. Couldn't have been happier.'
