'My elderly mother and I loved Copper Top and will definitely visit again. A few issues: (1) Numerous flies present upon check-in but not a huge deal. It's a lake house - it happens. Supply fly strips instructions on how to put some water, dish soap and vinegar in a bowl or two. They will go to it and drown. (2) King bed in master is really, really high! 'Well the VRBO website was down so check in was difficult and the owner was unavailable at the time we arrived. The cabin inside was clean but you should plan on bringing TP, paper towel and things like that. (There are stores nearby ) The control for the AC is not in the downstairs cabin where we stayed so we got hot at night and the porch facing the lake had not been swept or cleaned in awhile. The price and the location made up for the inconveniences so I’d definitely book again.'

No ice machines and ice makers in fridge had no water hookup. No continental breakfast. Room was nice and clean, shower was nice and hot, real good water pressure. Overall, nice room but lack of normal complimentary amenities will keep me from staying here again.'
