Vind je ideale hotel in Noordwest-Omaha

'Breakfast was empty most of the time and eventually we stopped waiting. The oatmeal was great, but the area was dirty, the high chairs/boosters were very dirty, walls/floor corners/under the raised vanities and furniture were visibly dirty. The parking lot was so small we barely had a space. Staff said we could park anywhere we could fit including making a spot. Excellent location however and they were affordable and friendly. The staff was very friendly. The pool was very small and crowded...

'It’s a very old building that has been given a facelift. It looks great cosmetically but it’s in rough shape. There is not an elevator even though it’s a multi-story building. The first room we were given smelled like it had been smoked in, the second room had a fire hazard with a burnt outlet that shocked my wife when she touched the plug. After that they were all out of rooms so we had to find another spot to stay.'

'Property is doing some renovations however they were not very disruptive- always good to have places keeping their property updated! Only issue we had wad Air Conditioner in the room was a bit loud'

'Ice machine on our floor was out of order, then found 2 other similar ice machines on other floors there were also not working. Had to go to the lobby each time for ice. No available drinking water or fountain in the lobby and had to ask for the breakfast room to be opened so we could use the sink to get water there. No housekeeping services for our 2-night stay and had to ask for clean towels. Front office staff nice and genuinely cared though bringing us clean towels himself.'

'It was in a great location! Breakfast and coffee every morning very convenient. Swimming pool was nice. Free laundry facilities was extra bonus since our stay was 7 days. Definitely recommend🤗'

'We had a king bed with a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was broken and once we were able to get it out the mattress was stained with what looked like blood. Super super nasty. They don't do room service unless you are there for longer than 2 nights so we did not have clean towels the second morning. We had to go find towels and they only gave us 3 to start with. Towel quality was pretty sad as well. Thin very used towels.'

'Clean, very comfortable. No ice machines on the floor, but the staff had bags of ice for guests in the lobby fridge. We were there participating in the Ironman race and the staff was very helpful with food to go for a very early race start.'

'Out toilet seat was broken, no mat to put on the floor after showering, the shade was broken so our room was in permenant black out with minimal lamps to turn on. The breakfast was great with potatoes, egg and cheese omelets, sausage, cereals and pastries, yogurt, hot drinks and fruit. Comfortable beds and pillows with fluffy comforters. Very bare bones rooms and decorating. It needed repairs'

'The hotel has started a badly needed renovation. All was dirty, not working, not available. In steat of redoing floor by floor, they do the whole hotel at once. Evrywhere workers! They should have closed the hotel or at least inform beforehand. Instead the normal price for a very bad hotel. So we were mislead. In fact a total contempt for the guests..'

The pool was closed the first night which was a very big disappointment since that was the main reason we picked this hotel (and the waffle maker). 'Front desk lady was awesome. Wished we could have used hot tub longer'

'We stayed 4 nights and the breakfast was terrible. Only fruit was a few apples that was never touched and the cereal was stale! Ice machine didn't work or the vending machine to get a water or soda so we went to the gas station next door. Should put a elevator in going up flights of stairs with luggage was not easy.'
