'We stayed here over an extended weekend to watch the solar eclipse. I really liked the location. Was in a nice quiet neighborhood, but close to restaurants and grocery stores. Easy to get to the highway and only a 20-25 minute drive to downtown. The pool was open, but water still a bit too cold to swim in early April. The interior of the house was clean and much of it updated. The back yard has lots of shade and many trees, which is nice, but also creates a bit of debris, if you are planning...

'Our family of 6, including girls aged 8, 6 and 7 months loved our time at this warm home. You can tell that this place has been lived in for decades as it has some wear and tear, but that also provides some of the charm. We enjoyed the open room concept, the big backyard with two playsets in the back for the kids, the patio with surround sound that was great for relaxing, the grill, the jacuzzi tub, washer and dryer, and coffee beans. All the pots and pans needed to make a meal are available...

'I stayed the weekend with my son, my mom, my boyfriend, and his mom at the peacock house for my first trip ever to San Antonio. We loved the house, we had plenty of space and were very comfortable. We were only a short drive from everything we wanted to do and see. We loved seeing all the peacocks. I had looked at many, many different houses for this trip on both this site and others, but I am so very happy I picked this one.'
