Although wooden constructions the quality was high, a kitchen block, small living room, dining table, comfortable beds fireplace and modern bath room. We would definitely return. '

There was no rv in my room butbthey have a large guest lounge with sofas, a tv and even a kitchenette with fridge and microwave. There is a bar and a restaurant downstairs which did not cause any noise but certainly was handy for dinner!'

'I really like the Waterfront Wynyard hotel. Lovely spot, great rooms, and very cool service — plus you get lollies when you check out! They even have a few dog-friendly rooms (I don’t have a dog, but still a nice touch). It’s just a 2-minute walk to the local pub and The Vault, both with excellent food, and right next to an outstanding fish and chip shop. I stay here when I’m working in the North West.'

'At the time of our stay they were renovating the verandahs the staff contacted myself to arrange different rooms. we were moved from our original room n upgraded to 2 separate rooms which we didn't mind. The young fella at the office was absolutely amazing extremely knowledgeable of Tassie and very helpful! The restaurant was beautiful but we aren't big seafood fans. Just stop in for a few drinks :-) Highly recommend this place if your going on the train or ferry. Look forward to visiting again...
