'We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Lotus. Gary is a great host - extremely responsive. House is very cute and cozy. Kitchen is compact but very functional. The real star is the backyard pool area. Several sitting areas both shaded and in the sun. The landscaping is really pretty with plenty of palm trees. Believe it or not, it’s even nicer than the pics. Very convenient location - max 15-20 minute drive to most places you’d want to go.'

'Very happy with my stay . The cottage was a perfect size , very clean ,and up to date . Most importantly centrally located. Walking distance to many markets and great restaurants. The beach is 10 minutes by car. It’s a great beach and pet friendly. Also wanted to mention the grounds were beautiful and fenced in , safe for pets ! The host was great and professional. I would definitely book again!'

'Unique area, walking distance 5 minutes to Roma Bakery Breakfast shop opens at 6am, famous Sedano supermarket, & Versalles, reputable pet friendly restaurants. Very very clean & up to date. Private parking. We WILL BE RETURNING.'

'This was my first Vrbo rental and overall this was a very pleasant stay. It's a great location for Little Havana which is a 5 minute walk, yet you're far enough away so noise isn't an issue. And you're close to all the main roads so getting around is easy (except for the Miami traffic). Having two bathrooms was nice and we spent several nights sitting outside in the walled in patio. The only glitch in the stay was we lost hot water Thursday night and didn't get it back before we left Saturday...

'The house was perfect base camp for our music festival adventure, it was close to everything the beach the airport and amenities. The house is just as it is in pictures and was very comfortable. Would totally stay there again.'

'This is a cottage behind the main house in one of the most elegant neighborhoods in Miami. The houses on this block are amazing and this place is no exception. It is close to many attractions, nightlife, beaches and parks. You are 2 min from publix supermarket, and minutes from the beaches. The hose is wonderful and she is on-call days and night and is extremely helpful. If you are looking to visit Miami, I highly recommend Julia and her lovely cottage.'

'Pleasantly surprised upon arriving. Beautiful home in front lovely private area behind the house. We stayed in a guest house apartment behind main house. Very nice, clean comfortable bed. Small kitchenette with coffee and dishes. Unfortunately the tv didnt work and no response about it from owner. Not a deal killer. Will definitely stay here again. Also free parking on the street.'

'Convenient for us because cottage is in the same neighborhood as family. Ingrid was wonderful and her grandchilren were a delight. This is in a neighborhood and is not a touristy area. Not ideal for disability access but it was perfect for our purpose.'

'We stayed in the blue cottage for quite awhile and we have never experienced a rental experience where we felt so welcome, both by the neighborhood and our hosts. The cottage is a perfect size with a real living room, kitchen, and bedroom. We will be back!'

'The hotel is nice. Staff really friendly. The coffee in the bar/restaurant is very very good. The bus (bus 150) at the airport stops in front of the hotel. On the busstop there are several busses that goes to all places you want to visit during your stay in Miami. The room was nice but not quiet. You can hear a lot but for us that wasn't a problem. I like a hard bed, this bed was very very soft, so that a personal preference. '
