'The kids and I stayed here 2 nights. It was great! We enjoyed the view of a thunderstorm with lightning rolling in the first night, without any water disrupting us in the tent. It was a relaxing sleep that a sound machine cannot duplicate. The beautiful purple and red sunset was positioned perfectly the second night and only affected by the clouds, truly a part of the smoky mountain experience and beyond anyone's control. We could see the Big Dipper clearly and there was no light pollution...

'My husband and I had an amazing time! The area was beautiful! We literally had everything we could possibly need! We wanted a little getaway from our kiddos and it was perfect. We were able to relax, take a long hot bath under the stars and cook a nice steak dinner! We will most definitely be back!'

'I don’t know where to start… if you want to unplug enjoy sounds of nature , say hi to very friendly animals, hike and explore some waterfalls, cool off at the beach area while enjoying the beauty around, meet an amazing ranch team pet some friendly dogs, learn about the property and how it became the blue ridge ranch, fish, and enjoy your own privacy then this is the place ! My little family enjoyed every moment ! We glamped! It was so much fun not only can you glamp but you can tent and rv!!...

'We loved the serenity of this property! It was we got an opportunity to see the horses and was so quiet! The trailer had everything two horse moving adults can love!! The owners are amazing ! The horses ( 5 of them ) are well taken care of! We had an opportunity to see the horses brought in for the night and let out for the am❤️'

'Great glamping experience! A nice location for exploring the surrounding forests, waterfalls and small towns. Much more private than tent camping in a campground. The Tipi is in a class all by itself.'

'Beautiful property, accommodations and people. Our grandkids enjoyed the tire swing, playing in the creek tiding the golf cart and petting the barn animals. The teepee maintained a comfortable temperature even in the cool October nights. King sized bed super comfy. Thank you Annette and Troy and the rest of the folks for allowing us the run of your beautiful acreage!'

'We were surprised and delighted by the location, on-sight amenities and hospitality we found at this camp ground. Access to trout fishing from our camp site and the fly fishing tips from our host make this spot hard to beat!'

'Glamping at its finest! Had a very comfortable bed and warm blankets! The view from the fire pit was great of the mountains. A real toilet was an added bonus. Very secluded location and definitely need 4 wheel drive but it was well worth it!'

'They’ve thought of everything!! And I mean everything! Need something for light late at night, it’s right there next to the bed! Need fire starter, it’s waiting for you! Dice and cards? It’s there! And the quality of your stay is phenomenal! It’s an amazing experience!! I could rave on and on about my stay about this place!!! I can’t believe we were lucky enough to find this hidden gem!!!'

'The only toilet facilities was a porta potty which smelled and looked like it had not been emptied in months. Shower did not have a way to lock the door of the only shower, to keep others out. We did not have cell phone reception because of the mountains and no way to contact the owner. No one was around to check us in.'

'The host went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The fearure that stood out the most to me was the bubbling creek right outside of our tent.'

'This was just like the description no flushing toilet. But the sites were nice and big. It's very close to DuPont park so a great place to useas a base camp for hiking and biking in the park '

'The bed was comfortable and the space was good. It could use some updating though. There were cobwebs and dust everywhere. We would definitely stay again we would just need to keep in mind that we need to bring cleaning supplies. Like it wasn’t filthy or anything but we cooked out so we could’ve used a larger dish detergent and some sponges. '

'This is a fantastic location. Nice, quiet, and plenty of room to roam around. If the weather would have been a little more favorable, we would have enjoyed spending more time outdoors. But, overall, it was great. The host is top notch and VERY accommodating. Im sure we will be back in the near future.'
