'The house has the characteristics of a peaceful era of time gone by! If walls could talk the history of the house would be full of stories! At one time it was probably the queen peering over the bay, anticipating the arrival of fishing boats! The house was clean and accommodating for our stay! 'Liked, Loved the rental house lay-out. Ease of directions despite pea-soup fog on arrival after dark. Liked proximity to two provincal parks (< 20 mintes each). Central loocation for several "day trips" < 1.5 hours to most destinations). Even loved the next-door neighbors, 10 to 12 cows and calfs. Quiet, almost remote, little road traffic.'

'The property is even lovelier than the photos and it has everything you could need during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for any meals, super comfy bed, lots of wood for the stove, and very clean throughout. It was so easy communicating with the hosts and they are very thoughtful with their guests - would happily stay again!'

'We enjoyed the spot, and the cottage. We were VERY disappointed that this was advertised as a 2 bathroom cottage. It is 1 bathroom, with an outhouse toilet! We booked specifically due to the fact it was supposed to be 2bath, 2 bedroom. No where in the information did it say that the second bath was only an outside toilet with no sink or shower. Also disappointed with the hosts reply, when I emailed her!!'
