'Our family of 4 stayed comfortably. Towels and sheets were well stocked. We loved walking across to the beach. Our 10 year old could take our 5 year old. We biked on street and sidewalks to downtown Milford, public library, playground. We loved Pennys used books. It was such a relaxing trip and we will be back to stay at Susana's lovely place.'

'We have stayed in this little cottage several times now. Convenient location for visiting downtown New Haven. Bed is comfortable - kitchen small but it has what you need. Nice walking neighborhood if you have dogs. We will be back.'

'We had a great time at this property. We had a group of 10 people staying here, and we all fit pretty comfortably (some couples were on full beds, but everyone had their own room). The glass sunroom is gorgeous, and we spent basically our entire trip hanging out there. Lovely beachside access, cute dogs around, generally a very quaint place to be. A few quirks of the property — the parking situation isn’t wonderful. You can fit 3/4 cars in the driveway, but they are all in a line, so you’ll...
