'So refreshing to stay at a hotel that is so comfortable and clean. You thought of everything for the rooms. My trip was cut short so did not get to enjoy the amenities but will do so on my next trip with you.'

'Booked a room months in advance with so-called "island view", only got a room with view on trees, room was dark and no view. Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'

'The condos are spacious and adequately equipped. Valets were great. The view of the water was gorgeous. The downside was the temperature was quite warm in the unit despite turning the thermostat down. This made it very difficult to sleep.'

'While the original property was unfortunately a late scratch due to a plumbing issue, got another property at the same location that same morning as we arrived. Communication was excellent, the room was good, and the location for being in the midst of Palm Beach was perfect. Grocery store across the street, lots of great restaurants. Just keep in mind that Palm Beach is an expensive place if you go, but the room and management was everything I expected. No disappointments!'

'TV was very small and only Roku! My HBOMax account saved me here, or the TV would have been worthless! Not even a small chair and table! 'Vasca manages many condos at the PB Hotel. They made many mistakes with my booking. When i checked in the front desk had no knowledge of my reservation. It took 30 minutes to check in. The 1st room sustained water damage from a bad leak upstairs, so Vasca moved me to another of their rooms, excaliming there would be no additional charges. However, the 2nd room was less than half the size of the first and not nearly as well furnished. Then i requested an additional night. They accomodated me,...
