Thank you for this lovely review. The things you listed are the very reason I love living here. Love the ducks and the water and the dark nights (in winter). As for a second bed, it would not have been a queen (as that's whats up in the loft) but in addition to the queen bed on the main floor, that green chair pulls out into a second 'bed (twin size). I would have been happy to accommodate. However, cuddling up during your week here sounds good for your 25th anniversary! Hope to see you again. North Pole Nancy

Yes indeed. Hope you all return under better circumstances. Ourlocation proved very helpful to your family who lives nearby…. Have a nice summer and I know you like to just be warm warm warm, so enjoy that will enjoy the warmth but it’s not sweltering hot in Alaska to me. It’s perfect. OK take care Nancy.

It was a pleasure to have y’all and I wish very much that Reagan had been able to stay around but she was where she needed to be. Dad and sons were a pleasure to meet and I’m glad you had a good time during your stay. Aurora was good to you. Definitely would invite you all back again. .

Snowy days or Crystal clear and cold, these guests embraced their week long stay with daily activities. I love to see folks getting the best out of their vacations and Jennifer and her husband certainly did this! They rested up in the cabin and went out every day. They took good care of the cabin and left it in great condition. I would welcome another stay for sure. Nice folks, enjoying life and a pleasure to have as guests. Please come again in summer!!!!

Glad you were comfortable. It appears that a more remote setting would be better for you. Being too close to my home works very well for a lot of folks who are comforted by the proximity. Changing that can't happen, but I am glad to have met the two of you. Happy trails for all your travels. Nancy

Warm and cozy are common adjectives referring to the cabin and the size does indeed make some aspects endearing. I’m glad that you were happy in the cabin and had an enjoyable stay. Thank you for the berries and the sparkling cider you left me it’s appreciated and as far as the Wi-Fi goes I’m actually on a list waiting to get a high speed very high speed hotspot but we have gone all over town looking and we’re waiting for an order to come in so the next time you come visit you will have the highest of high speed Internet at least the highest you could possibly get it in this area way superior to what I have now. I know that is good news for the modern traveler to have excellent Internet capabilities for uploading and downloading. I look forward to you traveling again.
