in speaking with Justin, I found that he was a very pleasant young man. My husband and I followed his stay for a maintenance trip to the condo. Justin and his friends left the condo cleaner than about any guests that have ever stayed. It was a welcomed surprise as other male guests have left the condo in very poor condition. I would welcome Justin and his friends back anytime!!

Anne was very pleasant to speak with when I called at check-in. She and her guests were very respectful when using our home. I certainly appreciate guestsike Anne.

I appreciates Chris taking the time to write a review. Chris was very pleasant when I spoke with him after checking in. He appreciated the amenities the condo offers. His guests were very pleased with their stay which is always good to hear.

I really enjoyed talking with Cathy. I knew that she and her husband were pleased by the accommodations and would take proper care of our home. I would welcome them back anytime.

On departure, the guest is asked to turn the heat down to 56 degrees. I spoke to Matthew the morning of departure and he had already checked out but was at the Mountain skiing. So, he had to go back to the unit (a 3 mile drive) to set the heat to 56 degrees. I don't consider this to be a complicated request on departure. In the upper bath, comet cleanser was poured on the floor & bathtub. In the lower bath, container of deodorizer gel beads were emptied over the sink , floor and shower stall. Matthew suggested that the cleaner actually made the mess that was found in order to charge me more money! I can assure you that this was not the case. My cleaner is reputable and has worked for me for 4 years without incident of any kind. In fact, she has done many a favor for me without any extra charges. I found his suggestion bizarre and decided to dismiss the entire incident rather than argue with the traveler. The health club is 1 mile from the mountain and on your way back from skiing. Our guests generally find that to be very convenient.

Dawn was lovely to have as a guest as well as to speak with after her arrival. Basically, they went away for the sole purpose of relaxation. They browsed the shops and went to the health club. They enjoyed the condo too. They are always welcome for a return visit. Kind regards, Marilyn

Shari makes this hiking trip to N.H. every year with her 6 friends. She told me that they were tired of sleeping in bunk beds. This is the reason that she chose our property. The only issue Shari had during her stay was the fact that someone had moved the exhausted on the main floor for A/C unit which we easily remedied. O would welcome Shari back 😊

I find that this year like no other, my guests are so excited to be taking a trip! I am just very happy that their excitement does not end when they enter the condo. We have updated our unit in every aspect and the reviews reflect the appreciation of our renters. The addition of a full size pacman video unit is really something that every group has been excited about. So glad we put it in the unit.

Heidi was a pleasure to work with during the rental process. They were excited to get away during these unusual times. Heidi’s was a long awaited family trip. I would welcome her back anytime!

My husband an I did a maintenance trip in early December to decorate the UNIT for Christmas. The place was immaculate with no odors anywhere.! It is quite evident the the switches are in on position as all the other switches are going in the same direction. The loft has it's own electric baseboard which I am sure Jennifer did not notice. Quite honestly, it always behooves me when I call the renter while they are in occupancy and they tell me everything is fine and then they write a review like this one. The unit has a new kitchen, baths are redone, all newly painted, $7,000 in new leather chairs and sofas, new wall covering, a new 53" wall mounted TV, every board game you could ever want, Xbox and a STANDING video game and decorated for Christmas and these are pretty much negative comments.
