'This property was extremely comfortable, clean and roomy. We were in College Station to celebrate our granddaughter's graduation from medical school and this location was convenient for family to gather. The three bedrooms were large, wonderful dining areas, both inside and outside, and kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked with necessities. The separate game room and outside activities' areas were great. We would absolutely stay again.'

'The place is extremely well Decorated, comfortable beds, very clean. Host is awesome and made our stay extremely convenient. If I were to suggest one thing would be to add a rubber mat in the shower as it can get very slippery and can cause a dangerous fall. Also, the listing is deceiving. It’s 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bath, not 2 bath.'

'Pros: great location for a College Station stay, near the highway and University Dr., close to restaurants, and Texas A&M, the place was clean Cons: Check out is at 10 am, an unfavorable time to check out compared to the majority of hotels and short term rentals, if you want a later check out you will be charged $30, the dryer did not work, was not able to use that during our stay, the bathroom that was not attached to the bedroom had standing water in the tub while you were taking a shower'

We rented the cottage along with the 4BD house to have enough space for family from 3 generations & 3 States to converge & celebrate one member receiving their MD+PhD.
