'I can't really recommend Room 20. Squeaky stairs next to the room wakes you up every time someone passes. The shower is either very hot or boiling..it was impossible to adjust and not possible to reach anyone to ask how to adjust if possible at all.'

'All good - Food in the Pub excellent. Can recommend the Steak Diane. Good atmosphere. There were 6 of us. All happy with our stay. Stairs a bit high to the top bedroom but we were ok. Food in the pub across the road looked good Tilted Wig. Especially the Sunday Roast. The smallest pub in Warwick a few yards away. Excellent. Everything on hand. Couldnt fault it. A great stay everything walkable. '

'Perfect location when wanting to utilise soho farmhouse. Even though the rooms are super outdated in terms of the design, hairdryer and iron, they are very spacious and provide a good nights rest - the bath is a plus also! We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of choice at breakfast, better than some hotel chains.. however the omelette was grey and questionable. Will definitely be staying again! '

No parking, though I thought there was (I guess I misread the information about this place), nearest parking was just round the corner and cost £8 overnight, i.e. 24 hours. 'We booked this room as we were going to a restaurant in the next village and rather get a taxi from.home decided to stay more local. The pub which own the rooms is a beautiful country pub, with good food. The rooms are immaculately kept. Clean and fresh. There are tea and coffee facilities in the room. Lobby en kamer goed, restaurant not so much
"Het hotel zelf is erg netjes en schoon. Kamer was prima qua formaat en comfort. Een fles water was wel welkom geweest. Al was de service in de lobby uitstekend, werd deze door het restaurant teniet gedaan. Erg lang moeten wachten tot een keer bestelling werd opgenomen (ruim half uur voor alleen wat drinken) en dat ik dessert had besteld kwam deze niet en ben ik na drie kwartier gaan vragen om waar deze bleef en bleek deze niet te zijn aangeslagen en heb ik maar om de rekening gevraagd. Eten zelf was oké, al was de ribeye verre van medium rare, was meer medium tegen well done aan."
