'Terrible place to stay at! Can’t even add a person to the hotel and the front desk doesn’t know how much it would cost to add a person. Customer service are only available till 9pm and front desk is really rude! They won’t let visitors inside the hotel.'

'The room is a disappointment. The pungent smell of the drainage in the room near the kitchen greets you as you open the door. The general appearance of the unit is fair. Very used sofa and beddings. The masters bathroom is locked and not usable leaving us with 1 decent full bathroom and a dirty small bathroom in the maid's room which was counted as a 3rd room and is not livable. 'The surrounding areas such as shopping mall, dining and groceries store are accessible. My only concern was the cleanliness.. Pillow cases and comforter has stains, dust are floating in the air once you turned on the AC, you can see dust in every corner of the kitchen. I think the owner of this property should give an emphasis to their housekeeping. '

'Clean unit and polite staff. The check-in was terrible. The staff did not know we are coming. There was no record of us coming. Lucky us, one of the sellers ( just happened to sit close by) seemed to recognize the unit and the owner that helped us get hold of them. The was absolutely no connection with expedia. 'I was hesitant at first since there was only one review but it didn't disappoint me! :) The place was very convenient and the apartment was spacious for group of 4 adults. All appliances were working even the water heater too. They also provided towels, shampoo/soap and tissues too. Litoy, the caretaker was really helpful and friendly. Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay here. :)'

'I don’t know if it was due to the Coronavirus, but there weren’t many people here and we had it all to ourselves. Everything about this place was really nice. The restaurant had really good food and amazing views. It was pretty windy so we weren’t able to enjoy the free water activities as much as we would like, but the staff were very helpful and wanted to make sure we had a good time. We really enjoyed our stay here. '
