All over perfect
Couldnt get better than this. Most comfortable bed I ever experienced in a hotel. Big room. So much to choose for breakfast, everything you can think of. Best soya cappucino I’ve had in Bali. Different activities you can do at the hotel. Different live music at dinner. All over an excellent stay...I definitely would and will go back.

Prima totaalplaatje
Ruim opgezet complex met een groot zwembad en tegen het strand aan. Verschillende keukens waardoor het aanbod prima gevarieerd is. Personeel is super behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Kamers zijn ruim en mankeert niets aan. Zeker wanneer je drukke plekken als Ubud, Seminyak, Kuta hebt gezien dan is het fijn om je op een dergelijk resort in Nusa Dua te kunnen terugtrekken.

Het hotel is nieuw. Kamer was indrukwekkend mooi. Chique en moderne inrichting met Balinese accenten. Ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het bed was ultiem lekker. We hebben als een roos geslapen. Grote badkamer met apart bad en rainshower. Twee keer dag werd de kamer schoongemaakt. De restaurants waren okay maar niet heel bijzonder. Echter, het ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid en erg lekker. De juice corner was subliem. Je kon in een mandje je eigen fruit en groente selecteren die tot een sapje werd geperst. Ontbijtbuffet adviseren wij er bij te nemen. Je geld meer dan waard. Het zwembad was mooi en groot. Genoeg ligbedden met handdoekservice. Hotelpersoneel was aardig maar leek te gemaakt. Personeel moest in het Balinees en in het Frans groeten. Fransen zijn misschien erg trots op hun Sofitel maar moeten hun hotel niet als een kolonie zien. Laat die mensen Balinees zijn. Management leek Frans. Ik zou het management aan Balinezen overlaten voor een echt Balineze sfeer en onthaal. Wij zijn ook naar de Nikki Beach club gegaan voor lunch. Nikki ligt naast het hotel. Erg goede service, heerlijke loungebedden, zon en lekkere muziek. Een aanrader.

Breakfast was average comparing it to other resorts, service at breakfast was again average had to ask multiple times for simple things like water, napkins etc. they had run out of butter one morning. Other than that it’s a nice resort poolside service was great, dinners were also great.

Sofitel Nusa Dua is really great. The facilities, the ambience, the cleanliness are really top. But, most importantly, the staffs are really nice and welcoming. The only downside is that they fold the beach bench by 8 PM. Sometimes I like to sit and walk by the beach at night. However, overall, great experience with the Sofitel Nusa Dua

We stayed as a family of three with a toddler and were extremely happy with the main pool, kids water area, open manicured gardens and pathways in and around the resort and along the beach. Our one bedroom was large and very clean which was ideal for all sharing the same space - we loved the balcony with pool views and swinging chair. All staff were so lovely and welcoming. A special thank you to the morning staff that were quick to assist us and our toddler at the buffet breakfast and an extra special thank you to Eka who looked after our son at the childcare and also a couple of evenings of babysitting - we felt very comfortable that our child was in good care. The Italian restaurant and the buffet breakfast were highly enjoyable. Our only slight negative comment is that the other resort dining options were heavy on Western food (and very Mexican dish skewed) menus and the quality wasn't as good as expected.

Worst Experience Ever
The room and the bathroom are outdated. Breakfast was bad. The worst of all, I had a horrible experience, it was on the second day of my staying. I was taking a nap, then somebody rang the doorbell and shouted check out time. When I opened the door, she said she is from frontdesk and said to me I have to check out. I said, my stay is until tomorrow, then she checked her ipad and easily said I am sorry. She pretended asking me if probably I need something. Just slammed the door in front of her face. What a very bad experience staying in 5 stars hotel with this kind of treatment. It never happens to me this kind of service ever with other hotels.

Spoilt for choice with the restaurants, reasonably priced also. Peaceful atmosphere with a wide range of activities, private beach, massage on the beach or at the spa. Kids club, 4 pools also. Stayed in the twin plunge pool room.which is stunning. Twin beds are big enough to have two people. Breakfast buffet was amazing. All different cuisines, many dishes changing everyday. A very memorable experience and highly recommend.

It's a large complex with 413 rooms. I think the hotel would be more suited for an all-inclusive as it has that feel about it. The restaurants are overpriced. The rooms are okay but a little worn in places (ie, around the faucets). There was only one USB port in the room (which was broken) and as the hotel is 10 years old, I would recommend a refurb in the next few years. The room also needs a full length mirror in the right place and not in the closet! Although the breakfast buffet had a good selection, the food was lukewarm/cold. I was refused a beach towels I was informed that the beach didn't 'open' until 10:00!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! My husband and I stayed for two weeks in a room with a private pool and the whole stay was beyond our wildest dreams! The hotel is absolutely stunning and immaculate. The location is paradise. So calm and peaceful. The most amazing and special thing about the hotel is the staff - they go above and beyond ! Balinese people are truly amazing and made our honeymoon something we will cherish forever. You know how amazing your honeymoon was when you have tears leaving the hotel !!
