'We had a great stay at the property. It was clean however some of the amenties like the ironing board and iron were old and broken. It would also be helpful if the property indicated where the washer and dryer were. Since there was a separate rental in the back, we didn't want to intrude. Also you can hear the traffic but we were able to sleep without issues.'

We loved the original cabin vintage charm of this place! The host has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Aside from some initial inconveniences caused by a recent storm, we were still able to make the best of our stay. Beautiful weekend!'

'Very cool, private setting with friendly goats. The only thing I would suggest is to fill the fish tank in the one bedroom as the noise from the filter is constant. Great place to stay if you visiting Ginnie Springs. Would def stay here in the future.'

'The Suwannee River has become our favorite destination for vacation. Although it had rained and flooded the springs during our visit we had a wonderful time. We caught 3 big catfish! We played basketball, & darts. The porch is amazing for sitting and drinking coffee and watching the river. We will definitely be back. The owners were awesome with getting us to the house as the GPS took us down the wrong road. Everything was clean and I sure appreciated the creamers provided as I forgot to buy...

'This property was absolutely stunning. The backyard was BEAUTIFUL. The house itself was super cute, the beds extremely comfortable. They left smores and gave plenty of communication. Only things i would recommend are screen doors as some bugs do get inside when bringing in luggage. Also a new shower head would be an improvement, the old one has rust on it. Otherwise its perfect. The house has everything you need!'

'Clean, nicely appointed house with nice amenities. All the little extras you did not think or forgot to bring. A small charcoal grill, wood for fire pit, even fishing poles for the pond! The massage chair and retro style video game arcade are nice touches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host was responsive to questions and attended to every detail. 'We have stayed at margaritaville once before we really enjoy the property and cabin! Unfortunately the River was flooded and the kayaks weren’t in the best condition for such an intense River. Over all we had a blast. The second floor was perfect for the teenage boys to have some privacy and fun. We had everything we need to have awesome family dinners and our pets we’re safe and in heaven!'
