'Although this place doesn't look like much, I found the accommodations to be exactly as expected. The property we stayed in was in good condition and was quite clean. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchenette was sufficient enough for me to cook some of our meals while there. It is unfortunate though that only three of the cottages look to be in reasonable shape to rent out. It is right off a highway, but isn't too noisy and its location means you have an easy drive to Pt. Townsend or...

'My week vacation at Bay Cottage was wonderful and relaxing. Ed was a great host, giving me so much helpful information about the room, property and Port Townsend. I was welcomed with fresh cut flowers and a plate of fresh berries with homemade chocolate chip walnut cookies. 'We had a wonderful stay. There was an issue with the heater not working when we arrived. However, the host was quick to respond and within an hour had made alternate arrangements for heat that worked fine. While the place was clean and nice inside, the outside needs some work. The ramp up to the front of the cabin, as well as the porch, is in need of repair. Also, while an easy walk to downtown, the site IS NOT on the beach, in the mountains, or on the waterfront as the site info states.'

'We were so impressed with the cabin. There are twinkly lights on the front and back porch. There is mood lighting all through the cabin, a couple switches in the loft, the kitchen, and the living room where you can dim the lights to your liking. 10/10 on mood lighting. The place was fully stocked. All cooking utensils and bathroom necessities. We did not bring a pet but the place is set up so cute for a little furry friend. There is a ton of seating everywhere, in the living room and outside....

'Super sweet views of the water, islands, & sky. Very nice private beach, and peaceful setting. The kitchen is well equipped. Bed was comfortable, couch and chairs were comfortable. The code to the door didn’t work, and after trying it numerous times, we texted Vacasa and they responded with a different code for the lock box which got us in with a key.
