'The Nest is so close to everything. Walked in and the place is so clean. Like no one has ever stayed there before. Cass was super responsive (within minutes of messaging him I had a response). Checked in with us to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Our next visit to the area, we will be staying there again. Best place in town for sure. Tip: Enter the front door code to the lobby super fast. That thing is a little temperamental. Side note: Check out Theo’s restaurant for breakfast.'

'The location was just as promised. The view on the deck is beautiful and the apartment was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. The location is also walking distance to various shops, pizza, restaurants and bars. The river walk across the street is also great if you want to take a stroll. Carol was also great to work with. 'This place is Fantastic, and Flora is Such a Great host!! Perfect location in Avon, super spacious, and clean, and has everything you need! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. This will now be our Go-to rental, each time we're back in CT to visit family. It is such a Cozy unit! The only suggestion I would caution, is that the stairs to enter/exit unit, are steep and a tight squeeze for anyone with mobility constraints.'
