Mooi boutique hotel op een zeer centrale locatie
Geweldige service! Er was een probleempje met de airco en de front desk (Chantelle) heeft dit zeer kundig en snel op weten te lossen. Kamer (double bed suite) was ruim en schoon.

Downtowm Oside comfort
A very nice and comfortable hotel in the middle of town. Nice clean and quiet room at the courtyard. Freindly staff. I chose the hotel because it’s close to the restaurants and beach, in the middle of everything. So for being out during daytime an ideal spot for walking to dinner at nighr and early morning coffee around the block. A place I would go back to again.

Our two night stay was nice! The room was above the main entrance and restaurant, facing the main road. It was spacious and quiet and very comfortable. Loved the robe and slippers, always a nice perk and the sun shining into the window in the morning. We had coffee at the coffee shop and dessert at the restaurant and both were excellent.

Nicely remodeled older property. Quality bedding and towels. Pleasant staff. Busy street. Small parking area that is $25 extra. Neighborhood is just off the base. Bars. Drunks and homeless on the streets but no one menacing.

I will say the room was smaller than I thought but it worked for me! Everything was beautiful and staff were very friendly! The restaurant was amazing! Definitely will be back!

Not so happy!
I am a Hilton Honors member, worked in hospitality, have friends/family in the industry, and I have stayed here 20+ times. I called on Friday to try to change my reservation and the GM, Stan wouldn't approve it. The hotel was completely booked so it's not a numbers thing... I had previously called at the beginning of October and spoken w/him to confirm and he verified that the day was wrong and he changed it. So...Stan's LIE about not being able to change the dates is absolute BS!!! I had a fever and I am under the weather. With COVID on the rise, one would think that he wouldn't hesitate to change the date, infecting other guests and staff could be detriment to the hotel. And for what exactly? Because he could? Not a happy guest!

Disappointing there wasn’t an enclosed bathroom with a shower. The shower was literally off the bedroom. Very cramped for two people. No pool at the hotel. Very expensive for what you get.

Location was convenient to water and shopping. Easy on and off highways. Room was not inviting. Fine but noisy bed. Bathroom was large. Only wanted to use room to sleep because there was no good sitting option and lighting was clinical. Common areas were nice and restaurant was very good.

Online it said that we were going to have a bathtub, that was one reason why we chose this place to stay because we needed a bathtub for our 3 year old. There was no bath tub at all. The room is unsafe for children. We were in room 202. The window can be easily opened and someone can fall a far drop and get very hurt. I had to constantly moniter the window because our 3 year old wanted to play by it because the room is very limited on space. The business next to the hotel wa blasting loud music and loud bass all night long. From 10pm - 12am i was lying there trying to sleep but couldnt because our window was shaking from the bass and the walls were not so thick. The guest service told us its $25 extra for parking but because of the internet being out of service they gave us a free parking permit... If im ataying at your hotel you should already inquire parking and not dump an additional $25 fee for the worlds smallest parking lot. Other than that everything else was okay.

It's central and I like the modern style. The restaurant looks warm and welcoming. What I was disappointed with were the spartan rooms, the lack of privacy (people can look in from the street with the way the shades work) and street noise.

Purposely booked bungalow to be away from noise of hotel. Construction work being done on bungalow next to us. Loud ALL day Fri. Talked to front desk with no response. AC/heating system was whiny. Need better/more lighting in room and bathroom.
