'We loved staying at the hotel as it was so close to Mid Ohio Sports Car Course! What a unique use of the space! The owners were very welcoming and had wonderful morning and evening spaces to enjoy.'

'Checked in after midnight and had a warm welcome by the clerk. Room was clean and blissfully cool. Only feedback would have been instructions for key return. Went to check out at 5am and didn’t have clear instructions on what to do. Called emergency line posted on the door and was directed to either leave keys in room or in lobby due to desk clerk not being available. A secure drop box or instructions would have helped.'

'Stayed for my partners birthday, was a very relaxing weekend. Plenty of places to walk to! The lodging was perfect for two, had a very nice jacuzzi. Delicious breakfast in the morning and great customer service.'

'There was a minor communication issue where Verbo failed to notify the property owner of the rental but once the property owner was notified of our arrival she was more than accommodating. The accommodations were clean and very inviting. Memory beds were very comfortable. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area to book this property. It was a great experience.'

'I really liked the property. It was beautiful. Would have liked a bigger option of cooking utensils (like a sharp knife) and possibly liquid hand soap, but that was a minor concern. Look forward to staying again soon!'

'Very nice property and comfortably slept 10 people. Great veiws at the waterfront property. Not RIGHT in town, but a quick golf cart ride to town center and other wineries and such on the island. We were in late fall so didnt get a busy summer feel, nor used the pool and stuff but it was very chill when we stayed. '

'We enjoyed this property enough to book it again in May. It’s a quick 5min walk to the cleveland clinic cancer center, The reason for our stay. The grocery store downstairs was the best part. We were able to make our meals at the condo. We ubered to little italy and the baseball field for less then $15. Friendly staff and they even had an eclipse party on the outdoor area with music, pizza and soda. My only complaints was our dishwasher didn’t work any the water had a sulfer smell the first...

'It was one of the cleanest places we've been in a long time. I was suprised how much space was in the rooms, which made it more comfortable. We had three people in our room and didn't feel crowded, even though we set up a camping cot so we didn't have to share beds. The staff were also friendly and accepting to us and other people we saw in challenging situations. The shower ws big enough to turn around comfortably! (I have 22" shoulders and have often had trouble turning around in hotel...

'The place was damaged with holes in the walls, they had closet doors laying against the wall and to top it off the kitchen was dirty along with ROACHES crawling on the walls and one was on the bed. I've never been more mortified and disgusted by a property. '

'I made this reservation thinking it was an extended stay hotel. I have done this in other cities and they have actually been national chains. This is not. This is an apartment complex with an office. Everything in the room is cheaply made... the towels are threadbare, the carpet is cheap, their are no toiltries except one small bar of soap when you check in. The kitchen had one fork and one knife in the drawer and the ice maker didn't work. The bathroom floor has hair and dirt around and behind...

'Do not go. Do not trust online reviews that have this place rated a 4. It was so dirty. We complained they came and said they re cleaned but it was still so dirty. The washrooms had urine all on the floor by the toilet. The carpet was awful we wore shoes the entire time. The kitchen was incredibly dirty, I cleaned it but would not use. If we didn’t have a sporting event near and limited accommodations, I would have left. Expedia needs to remove this place. Surprised they even have it listed...

'Nice area, room was dirty, furniture old and ripped, cigarette butts and smell everywhere outside, keys did not work twice took 2 hours to find out door latch broken, supposed to fix next day, no one showed up. Pool closed and covered, couldn’t use, no notice it would be unavailable. Should get my money back, workers inattentive, sitting outside smoking, not answering phone. Place is a dump.'

'Dirty, 1/4" of fungus growing in toilet, no dishes, no glasses couldn't even brush our teeth, trash left in room, stepped on wood screw, carpet filthy. Tried to refuse room but no others were available or were up steps to second floor. Couldn't do 2nd floor because no elevator in those buildings and wife is handicapped and they knew this when I booked the room. Trash cans outside were overflowing, dirty diaper laying by the entrance door. Dumpster stacked to overflowing and huge pile of trash...
