'The property was smaller than we anticipated, The listing said it would sleep 3 but we did not believe that would be possible. We,had problems with getting signed into their internet. The a/c was not working when we arrived and a repairman had to come in. We were not real comfortable with parking on the street but didn’t have any problems. 'Really great stay for friends or small family. The courtyard was a great amenity and the kitchen was fully stocked with what you would need to cook a meal. Excellent location - such an easy walk to Kroger and Forsyth park. The free shuttles were only a couple blocks walk. Downsides were thin wall with the adjoining rental unit (could hear someone coughing and TV past midnight) and somehow a pair of used women's underwear in the bathroom towel rack. The host did a poor job with providing check-in...

'We had an incredible 2-week vacation on Tybee Island and the Cottage on the Green A certainly exceeded our expectations!! 'My husband and I loved our stay! Very clean and quiet. Just two things we didn’t like but it’s still a 5 star stay. (Bed kinda small for two people & it’s really noisy) and (bedroom door locking) we would most definitely stay again though.'
