We have checked out a day early we wouldnt want to stay anymore. Not clean the room even though I have requested to the house keeper in the morning to clean. The property is old and bad smell in the room.

Lobby and front desk was not welcoming. Services not great. Rooms were good. Seemed like the hotel was not open except a bed to sleep on.

Had to park in the back of the hotel. None of the exterior door worked for our keys. Had to walk around the building to the front entrance in the middle of a bad storm just to get to our room. None of the parking lights were on. Other than that, everything was great. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice.

The hotel room had no towels, toilet paper, or hand soap. There was a old Mcdonald’s bag on the floor. When I asked for the missing items, they STILL forgot the soap. The front desk lady was super nice to the people before me and my family then stand offish to us. The desk was empty most of the time and one time she was just on her phone loudly- on speaker.

Person who checked us in was wonderful. All downhill from there- we left the next day instead of staying the second night. Lobby was dark and dank. Employees were busy smoking at the entrance almost 24/7. No coffee service at all- came down at 7am for coffee- totally dark, I asked and was told "Oh he went home" with a chuckle. No apology just an oh well- told me to go to McDonalds!. Brown stains on the hand towels. I was revisiting Marriott on this road trip and had no idea the Brand had fallen so far off the cliff.

Dougles, I do apologize about the bistro being closed. I am looking into this matter and I am working on coming up with a plan incase this happens again.

The front desk staff and one other gentleman that was mopping the lobby were so nice and helpful, they seemed to really care about their job. The first room we were given was still dirty and when we returned to the front desk, the clerk seemed embarrassed that her computer system had incorrect data on the availability of that room and was very apologetic. She then had the gentleman mopping go check 3 other rooms to make sure that they were clean while she helped another guest. He returned with a cheerful attitude to let us all know that they were clean. We were given another room, it was clean EXCEPT for the hand towels that had been left drying on top of the shower curtain. No big deal, we just took them down, but I think housekeeping might need some additional help or possible coaching on quality work. This is an older property so it’s kept as clean as possible, there were rust stains in the shower and stains on the couch.

It was fine. Cons: There was some kind of sauce/dirt on the elevator buttons, and the building seemed rather old. My A/C made some noises that made it hard to sleep with it on. Pros: I felt safe and it was in a convenient area

Kinda rude, kinda smelly
During check in the gentleman at the desk spoke maybe two words. Didn’t tell me what i was being charged just asked me to swipe my card. Then handed me the room keys. I had to ask what room I was in and he told me. There were ants crawling on the toilet and tub. The overall room wasn’t bad but there was hair in the bathroom and shower. We left our room to find a snack later in the evening and there was a horrible sewer smell in the hall way that worsened the closer we got to the gym/pool area. Not the worst stay, but don’t plan on coming back. We are frugal with our money and will probably pay the extra $50 to stay at the Embassy Suites up the road as we did a few weeks ago.

We ended up in a handicap room. Which was fine except the way the shower was set up, it flooded the bathroom and seeped out into the main room. You could tell this was a recurring issue. I woke up with a severe allergic reaction, im guessing to black mold that would be hidden in the damp carpet. Also the cleaning crew stole my pants instead of turning it into lost and found. I am beyond upset with this stay

Enjoyed my Stay!
Check-in was very fast and efficient. All of the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was comfortable, and surprisingly being on the bottem floor it was quiet. The hotel was so close to shopping, entertainment and any restaurant you would want---Great location!! Will definitely stay here again!

Unfortunate smoke smell
After reading many reviews I decided to book me and my husband’s trip to OKC at this hotel. Check in was rather easy and finding the room was also. I booked a non smoking room but upon entering there was a smell of cigarette smoke. When pulling back the bed covers there were crumbs on the sheets and one of the pillow cases had a pink hair dye stain on it. I tried to call the front desk with the phone in the room but it was disconnected. So I used my cell phone to call the front desk to see if we were able to switch rooms because of the smoke smell. They told us they were all booked and we were unable to switch so I asked for fresh linens and some room spray. Jeannie at the front desk was very accommodating and did what she could to help us.
