The hot tub was dirty. Cigarette butts in the hot tub, lots of dirt and grass. Didnt look like it had been cleaned in a couple days. No shampoo or soap in the bathroom and 3/4 roll of toilet paper. Staff was very friendly and helpful

The only positive thing I can say is the beds were comfortable. I had paid for my two rooms on the Expedia app. Check in was supposed to be at 3. I arrived at 2:45 and was told the rooms weren’t ready yet. Finally at 4pm we were given a key to ONE of the rooms. The other wasn’t available until 8pm. That meant sharing one bathroom with boys and girls to get ready. It was awful and some of us didn’t have time to shower. By that time we had already left for the concert when I got the text the room was available finally. I called and told them I would be checking in late and he said if it’s after a certain time, then the room is released and can be rented out. I PAID FOR THE ROOM. I was there to check in at 3:00!! Thankfully I made it before midnight to check in. It was very frustrating. Also we only had 2 towels in a double queen room. Breakfast was ok. The toaster was broken and the eggs were watery. Some of the lights didn’t work in the rooms. The bathroom vanity light was out etc. Check out is at 11, but our cards stopped working at 10:45 while we were trying to load stuff in our car. All around the stay was upsetting and not relaxing.

This property is older and needs to be updated and / or deep cleaned. The check in staff was Not friendly However the check out staff was very Friendly. The area does not feel very safe. A lot of People hanging around the outside area at night. The breakfast was amazing though.

This hotel was incredibly noisy. It is situated between a highway and train tracks, so all night long I either heard train whistles blaring, or traffic noise. Also, had the weakest shower I've ever seen. The water was barely dripping out of the shower head. Nearly impossible to get clean. Other than those things, the rooms were nice and big. They have a fairly descent breakfast, lots of parking, and easy access into downtown and Bricktown.

The hotel was fine but it was across the freeway in an industrial area which didn't feel super safe for a mom and daughter traveling. They say it is in Bricktown but it's really not, about a mile away from the main Bricktown area with many overpasses in between and next to the train tracks, storage units and a gravel and concrete business right behind. We also had to wait once we arrived because the front desk lady was gone for a half hour somewhere else. We were in the process of calling Expedia and trying to cancel our reservation when she finally came back. Our room was nice and clean. TV very slow to work. Only one elevator working. I forgot my toothbrush and went to the desk but they didn't have any and told me I could buy one across the street at another hotel so I just bought one later at a store. The breakfast was fine, fairly standard hotel hot breakfast. Overall, the hotel is fine, just not a great area so I would not stay there again. I would definitely pay a more for a nice area.

The air conditioning unit was abnormally loud. The shower head had very little pressure. My room would not stay cool even after having the temperature set low for several hours. Staff was friendly but unable to get me a different room. I will never stay here again.

It was so clean & beautiful. Very well taken care of. Only think I didn’t like is that when we’re getting breakfast, a male & female that either managed or owned the hotel, were watching us the whole time as we made out bfast choices. It was very uncomfortable. I had smiled at the lady at the beginning & she didn’t budge.
