Overall it was a 'meh' experience, there were bugs but not to the point of worrying about when they will crawl out, and the discount was rendered moot with an on site non refunded deposit, I did receive a call asking If I would be extending my stay after I checked out.

Just awful. This place should be shut down. Bed bugs, roaches, mice, no working tv, toilet backed up, no toilet paper, no towels, no shower curtain, dirty sheets, old dry blood on walls, smells awful. When we let the front desk know about problems so we could be moved to a cleaner room they said we had to wait till check out time the next day so we waited and when that time came they told us we had to leave that they rented the room we were in out and that there were no other rooms available even tho i had already booked a new room for that day online, so I had a reservation. When I asked the old lady at the front why they would allow people to book and pay for rooms online if there were no rooms available she blamed it on the "homeless alliance" saying that they came in and booked all of their available rooms and that she was told by the owner that any one who paid daily was to be kicked out so they could use those rooms as well because it was more money for them. We are homeless that's why we stay in a hotel if we can make enough money for one day by day. It's hard enough to make what we needed for this place, it is the cheapest with lowest deposit required.. Then to be told we can't stay in the room we booked and paid for because of an organization that's suppose to help the homeless... We ended up having to sleep in the cold, outside because we didn't have enough money for anywhere else. The irony.

I booked my reservation for a week stay and rode the Greyhound bus from Dallas, TX to Oklahoma City, Ok and rode the Embark bus to the hotel. I got to the hotel to check in for my reservation and they told me they could not accommodate my reservation because their computers were down and they did not have my reservation. They continued to say that they had no rooms available either. I was devastated. It was a horrible experience.

Located in a bad part of town. Did not feel safe due to transients hanging out on property. found hypodermic needles in parking lot. non-smoking room smelled like smoke. roaches. was charged for "stolen TV" after we left. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

The room was not clean and one of the beds was not made and it was not refrigerator microwave when I first got in the room and matter of fact before swim bag signed us to was already unlocked so they had to give us another room very very unsatisfied

I never actually got to stay at the hotel because I did not have the $100 requested of me for these surprise booking fee. Which everyone keeps playing fingers at you so thanks hotels.com I had a great vaycay.

Upon arrival, the headache began. The Hotels.com site had not paid this property for my booking even though I had the confirmation number. It was impossible to understand the guy at the window. I spent an additional 45 minutes texting with a person at Hotels.com ti finally correct the issues. After I get the key and park close to my room I gather my things and headed to the room. First impression, the room looked clean and in order. Unfortunately as I explored further the floor was uneven and had bulges both on the floor and ceiling. The lighting was very dim and gave me a sad feeling. The shower was full of hair and cigarette ashes. Worst of all little by little roaches started coming out. I was exhausted frustrated and just wanted to sleep, so i quickly showered and went to bed. In the morning there were roaches everywhere. UGH!.... I quickly gathered my things and left. Not a clean and sanitary place.

Check-in was very easy and agreeable, the rooms are nice but not as clean as you would expect with a deadly virus going around.The woman at checkout was very rude and tried to keep my deposit because i offered to stay and help out by cleaning the floors. I found out there are only 2 housekeepers until peak season and there are a lot of units here

More like stuidio 666!!!!!! Don’t stay!!!!
Ok checked in at 1am and was given a room, went to room and was already occupied the couple in there looked terrified as was I. Went back was given second room, both were upstairs and walking to them was harassed by someone outside drinking a 40oz. The second room smelled like pee and the tv would not work. Walked back to front desk asked for a first floor room that didn’t smell and tv worked that wasn’t occupied. And gave me a room literally right next to office. At 430 am the fire alarm went off I grabbed what I could and walked outside to my car and waited. After 20 min no fire truck no manager nothing came. I went back in and went back to sleep as the alarm had stopped. I do not recommend this place not a good hotel.

It was a nice room as far as looks but it was roaches dishes missing no hotel cleaning except 1 time its drug heads everywhere the parking lot is horrible needs to be fixed and housekeeping cant understand you and leaves if you ask them for towels or anything

I don't usually leave reviews, but this room was infested with bugs. Not just one or two... I saw about a dozen roaches... it was REALLY gross. :| Also, this is not a nice area. There were people loitering about and sleeping outside the entrance to the hotel across the road, just a few feet from my room. It's a cheap room, so if you don't mind these things then it may be a good option for you. But I didn't feel safe here. Lastly, I couldn't even lock my door properly. The deadbolt had been kicked out of the door frame, and the lock underneath the door handle didn't properly line up with the frame, only adding to my sense of insecurity...

Our room was crawling with roaches.. in the bed, on the walls, the floor everywhere! We told the front desk & he offered a refund... that was fine. But 5 minutes later he turned around and he offered us $15. (We paid 58 plus a 25$ deposit! He said that there was no record of a deposit. I gave them a $20 bill and 5 ones.) We had no choice but to go back to the room.
