'This is a very special place in my home state of Colorado. It doesn't take much imagination to feel like you are 150 years removed from the present day in this spot which is 2 block walk (uphill but just one way) to center of town. So very fun and a well kept secret so I apologize to the staff if I'm giving it away. But too good and fun not to comment. Thanks Bill and we hope to see you soon!'

'My sister and I stayed here with my dog and loved the place. Very comfy set-up, plenty of space and stuff to do, near interesting natural attractions and beautiful scenery. We enjoyed some long walks around the area, used the kitchen to make meals, and took advantage of the tv and streaming apps while staying up later than we should.'

'Home is great. Nice and clean. Loved that I could bring my little buddy Oliver (dog). We just hung out. Needed a break from town and work. Picked a bad week to check things out. Road crew was there the whole time. Lots of traffic. So we hung out and cooked good food on my little griddle that fit on the grill. We would stay there again. Want to go have dinner in town sometime or check out the mountains.Thank you, Sam & Oliver!'

'We had a change in plans and had to take the kids. If you are staying longer with a family, this might not be ideal for families unless the goal is to break away from technology. The place is very quaint, rustic, quiet and overall nice. It is more of a romantic spot than a family spot in my opinion.'

'This was the perfect place for our family of 4. The house had all the amenities we needed - we especially loved the hot tub after long days exploring. The location was also so convenient to many activities! The owners were great leading up to the stay answering all questions promptly and even checked in on us during the stay. "Mooi hotel met aangename ruime kamer. Personeel aan de receptie is weinig geïnteresseerd. Het ontbijt staat niet in verhouding tot de klasse van het hotel. De keuze is beperkt, zelfs voor continentaal. Wat nog minder kan is het plastieken bestek met dito beker en kartonnen borden. Dit is echt ongehoord."
