'We enjoyed our jacuzzi suite at the altitude tower. The staff were amazing! Victor (poolside) karen at the grill and bryan at valet to name a few. The pools were nice and big and the overall resort is beautiful. The only downside was the dining options. 2 out of 5 restaurants closed the entire time.. its first come first serve at their establishments so the waits were very long.. oh ya theres no food options past 10pm ! Overall i probably wouldnt stay here again as theres nothing walkable...

'This was our first time at an all- inclusive in Cabo. We were quite impressed. First, the staff is great and very friendly, especially our concierge Tedd! He was the best and always in contact with us plus went over and beyond for my daughter’s birthday! Thank you Tedd! The food was very good and the service as well. My only critique would be some cleanliness issues around pool but other than that we had a great stay!'
