They need to do some repair work on that carpeted stairway leading to the 2nd floor. A couple of the stairs are not level...basically a tripping hazard. Other than that, the place was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed.

The hotel needs updating, but that is not the reason for the bad review. The sole reason is the cleanliness. You can have a hotel that is need of a renovation but still keep it clean. When we walked into our room, it reeked of smoke smell even though it's a nonsmoking hotel....You can at least turn the AC on to help with the odor. There were crumbs when I pulled out the mattress. That was gross. There was a cigarette butt in the window sill. NOT COOL. Pot holes in the parking lot. Should at least put a cone or something for when guests drive at night. Front desk staff NOT FRIENDLY. It seemed like we were bothering them....we weren't greeted upon arrival, instead just looked at? No smile, not even a "hi". All he told us was to go upstairs to our room and then sat back down. No list of amenities, no "hope you enjoy your stay" or offered further assistance, none of that. We did not feel welcome. We will NOT be staying here again when we return to Omaha.

Ceiling in bathroom was nasty and so was bathtub and it was broken. Mattress you can feel springs and stains on blankets and on the mattress. Breakfast was very limited make waffles yourself, juice, no milk, no other main course food pretty disappointing I've been to several other La Quinta's this was by far the worst you can tell it hasn't been updated and very little money invested to keep it nice and offer decent services

I stayed there for three nights and had no issues really. Everything was clean and I had privacy. The bed was super comfy and it just was a great experience for me to get away. I plan on coming back again.

The property was ok since all we needed it was for sleeping after a long day out it was fine. the breakfast was decent. we had an issue with the toilet but after calling the office they got it fixed right away.

It’s next to a very rough long term stay hotel. It’s beat up. It was clean but it was the kind of place you can’t wait to leave. It was cheap and it showed.

Good basic place to stay. Staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was very basic, toast, waffles, yogurt, coffee, juice... If you want low cost and low frills, this is a good option. Would stay here again.
