'We had a great stay. Breakfast was ok. Room walls are thin and loud people were easy ti hear. Staff was excellent. Glass sloding doors to the bathrooms need to be replaced with real doors. You can hear everything. No privacy. Overall, it was still a good place to stay. Dont order the pizza from the kitchen. It was so nasty. Lol'

'With my 1st stay here on 5/20/2024: I selected the "pay at the property" option with Expedia. Upon check-in I was told that I could not pay at the hotel, that I would need to take that up with the 3rd party vendor that I made my reservations with. Staff refused to take an alternate payment. 'This was a great hotel in the old market. Its very convenient to be near all the shops and restaurants. So many families out walking around and enjoying their time. The room was clean and enough room in the bathroom. It seemed outdated but we were only there to sleep anyways. The pool was nice and warm so the family all enjoyed that. 'Every staff person we came in contact with was personable and friendly. Some of our room (#526) had issues/ general wear. The text service to concierge was nice and convenient.
