'We absolutely loved our stay at Paradise! Such a kid friendly resort with so many facilities/activities for the kids. Convenient location, only a short walk down to the main strip of Surfers. Plenty of food options including pizza, mexican and general cafe/pub style food. The staff were all lovely and we had particularly great experiences with Charlene, Adam & Gio who were all amazing with our kids and went above & beyond for us. Highly recommend for a family friendly holiday 😊'

'The level and noice of guests in lot of other rooms, including left and right of me, made me sleep very little. By its location and other services (big bar) apparently the hotel attracts these kind of guests. Lots of other guests were completely drunk. '

'After having stayed at Chateau Elan a few years back and having a great experience, we decided to revisit, but increase the duration of our stay. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by welcoming staff, and comforted by a balcony room that was made daily, and overlooked part of their golf course. With nearby restaurants literally a short walk away, it made for some laid back nights. Their onsite Day Spa is well worth planning ahead and making a reservation in advance! '

'The tropical garden feel and the gorgeous swimming pool was very lush. Our 1 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 3. The kitchen had everything needed for our 5 night stay. The only negatives were, the size of the bathroom was on the small side and the shower tended to flood the whole bathroom floor. 'Mooi resort, prachtige omgeving en veel activiteiten. Er waren ook bouw activiteiten die vroeg in ochtend begonnen (voor 8 uur) waardoor we wakker werden. Dit was jammer. Tevens is het goed om te weten dat veel activiteiten extra kosten (bijv trampoline AUD 5). Tot slot zou ik aanbevelen dat personeel in restaurants eerst de rekening laat zien voor het betalen ipv enkel het totaal bedrag melden. Als je vraagt krijg je overigens wel een rekening. We hebben wel een leuke tijd gehad. Het dolfijn...
