Nice hotel, but not a 5 stars one
In general, this is nice hotel, lot of potential. The view from the rooms is amazing, the rooms are small but nice, and the location is really good. However, there are so many details that are not corresponding with a 5 star hotel, or the price you pay for this stay . For example the parking: the hotel was at full capacity when we were there, so finding parking in the garage was practically impossible. This was mainly due to the fact that restaurant guests (the hotel has a fancy restaurant) were also allowed to park there. The pool of the hotel is really tiny, and in shadow as of 11am. Another very annoying thing was the fact that there are mirrors just next to the windows in the rooms. So when the sun comes out, it reflects from the mirrors so sleeping is after 7ish is not really possible. So all in all, nice, but not entirely worth the price they charge.

Prachtig en zeer modern hotel. Goed, maar behoorlijk prijzig restaurant. Ook drankjes e.d. zijn prijzig. Mooi zwembad en heerlijke ligstoelen. Maar weinig tafels voor een lunch. Lunchen in het restaurant werd niet op prijs grsteld, tenzij besteld van de dure menukaart. Erg klein kiezelstrand zonder ligbedden. Parkeerplaatsen garage erg krap.

Leuk hotel met klein strandje, lekker eten!! enkel het ontbijt mag iets meer keuze in broodjes/beleg voor 5 sterren. Om 8u was er al veel leeg bij ontbijt. Te weinig ligstoelen aan zwembad.

Schön gelegenes Hotel, alle Zimmer mit Meerblick (wenn man Glück hat, kann man abends Delphine beobachten). Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück/Restaurant. Nur wenige Gehminuten ins malerische Volosko/Opatija. Empfehlenswert!

The property overlooks a small bay where it is deep but safe to swim. The rooms overlook this bay so it is nice and quiet to sleep. The staff were all very helpful and it seems that everyone in Croatia speaks very good English.

Die Lage des Hotels sowie die Aussicht auf die Kvarner Bucht sind unschlagbar. Das Frühstück a la carte, die Zimmerausstattung und der Spa-Bereich sind einfach top. Das Hotel ist nicht zu groß und bietet trotzdem Großes!

Wir wären normalerweise 4 Nächte im Hotel geblieben, haben aber am zweiten Abend entschieden zeitiger abzureisen. Das 5 Sterne Hotel hat unserer Meinung 3,5 bis max 4 Sterne verdient. Der Pool war nicht wie auf der Internetseite, der Innenpool hat komplett gefehlt und such sonst war das Hotel sehr klein und beengt.Wir haben etwas anderes erwartet.Das Essen war gut und ok.

Herrlich mit Abstrichen …
Schönes Haus in der Bucht vor Opatija! Service sehr zuvorkommend. Frühstück hervorragend. Abendessen! Leider entsprach es in keinster Weise unseren Erwartungen! Von einen JRE Mitglied erwartet man sich deutlich besseres! Ein Fußmarsch nach volosko ca 10 Minuten in das Restaurant Pavi Podrum, ebenfalls JRE, zahlt sich auf alle Fälle aus. Unser Tipp: im Navis schlafen (Zimmer 207) den herrlich Meerblick und das phantastische Frühstück genießen und am Abend nach Volosko Essen gehen!

Would be best of the best if not pet friendly!
I always come back to this hotel, great rooms , amazing food , great service ! Only i dont like about this hotel is a pets , i dont have feeling im on clean place , and im alergic on cat and dog hair…. I couldnt sleep cause dog in room above mine was so loud…

Real 5 star experience in a beautiful design hotel! Everything was great from check in, welcome drink, food and staff. All rooms are with sea view so when you enter room the view is breathtaking. The big advantage is that the hotel has a free shuttle to the center of Opatija, so once you park you no longer have to get in the car. Now at the time of the corona Spa center is super organized so you have to make an appointment for a certain schedule in order to avoid crowd at the pool & sauna. We had dinner at their famous restaurant and the food is for every recommendation. Breakfast is one of the best we have ever had. Great selection of everything. The hotel is definitely value for money and we will definitely be back!

Ich hatte einen Termin in der Zahnklinik SMILE mit Vollnarkose wobei alle Zähne im Oberkiefer entfernt wurde in und durch All-On-Four Implantate ersetzt wurden. Kostenloser Hotel Shuttle zur OP und natürlich zurück incl. Apotheken Stop. Frühstück war fantastisch und es wurde auf mein Handicap angepasst.

What a view
Great stay, amazing service, beautiful view. But we did end up hearing a lot of "sorry we are out" - first night the wanted main course, then basically all different beers by the pool and the lunch we wanted, and finally the ordered treatment couldnt be done. But these are difficult times we know (it just became a bit of a joke).

Excellent sundeck, stylish hotel but poor service
+ direct and privat beachfront + sundeck + balcony, all have sea view, our room (4th floor no 410) had a huge balcony, bigger then most of other rooms + in walki g distance to village with lots of restaurants and nice beach front walkway + late checkout was possible + nice and friendly staff at the front desk - very disappointing service, not well trained staff, long waiting times, servers forgot several times our orders, staff is uncoordinated... overall very poor aspect for a 5 star hotel - sunchairs were reserved by guest esrly in the morning for hours without using them
