'Flawless property with everything in order: clean, quiet, comfortable, green surroundings. The owner is very nice and is paying great attention to detail. The one tiny thing I didn’t like is a slightly over-engineered Wi-Fi limited to 3Mb/1Mb, the owner helped me however resolve some difdiculties I had. I think you can purchase the “premium” Wi-Fi which would probably be faster, but I didn’t try that.'

'Really good service. Everything was in a great condition. A slight problem with the WiFi was very promptly sorted out. The automated systems are great. If you want to be self sufficient instead of having the facilities of a hotel, it is just about perfect. Lots of cafe’s, restaurants, bars near by. Central to visit Ingolstadt’s attractions. '

'A propriedade aparenta ser relativamente nova, tudo em ótimas condições. Tem muitas opções de transporte público na proximidade, inclusive fica a poucos metros de uma estação de S BAHN, porém fica aproximadamente 30 minutos do centro de Munique. Conta também com supermercados e outros comércios a poucos passos. Funcionários quase na maioria são brasileiros, sempre animados e dispostos a ajudar. Meu quarto possuía uma pequena cozinha com vários utensílios, inclusive uma máquina de nespresso....

'Interiors are very nice. We like to have a kitchen inside the room very much. And the back garden was a nice suprise. It was very clean and the stuff were very nice. The surroundings wasn't very good but it is in a walking distance to the center and station.'

'First thing: the staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. What lets this place down is the building. It's very noisy, poorly insulated (despite double glass everywhere) and there were ants crawling all over our first room there. We were moved to the top floor directly, which was a big improvement, but overall the hotel really disappointed. The top floor room surprisingly never got properly warm. The induction hobs for cooking were very poor and the hot water was not that hot either. Despite...

'Simple place that has all I wanted. Only thing is that there were some missing kitchenette but you can ask the reception for those missing items. Overall, it was a great place to stay. Will definitely come here again if I need a place to stay'

The only regret is the lack of light, especially in the living room, and the kitchen could be better stocked (no teapot, no large cup, no cutting board, no kettle, no small knives, no crockery kit). 'Moderne comfortabele junior suite. Ruim, schoon en mooi ingericht. Helaas voor de kinderen was de bedbank een drama; ze lagen echt op de veren. En over veren gesproken, wanneer u allergisch bent geef dit dan vooraf aan; de dekbedden zijn van dons! (Wel gebruikelijk in Duitsland) Jammer dat er geen theezakjes of koffiecupjes lagen als welkom. Ontbijt was prima en ook leuk dat er gepoold kon worden.'
