'It was pretty clean, but some floors looked like a dirty string mop had been quickly swirled around. The tile floors are not set properly and they have missing grout in some spots. The bathtubs were clean but have chips as well as the frame for glass doors, but no glass. The shower curtains are hung above the frame. 'Very nice apartment, great view, short drive to the beaches. We went to Sand Key, very beautiful beach. Good wifi. You can eat something downstairs at the pool. It is very convenient that you can do your laundry.'

'Came from Washington state an stayed here for 3 days while I was attending an event at the freedom factory and I can’t wait to plan another trip, first time visiting Florida an this room was a perfect first stay 10/10 would come here again. '

'The place was fine. We had to ask for a blanket/ comforter for the pull out sofa because there wasnt any. We did get a blanket. We had to purchase batteries because the ones in the thermostat died and there weren't extras. Very limited glasses, mugs, and kitchen utensils. There were no oven mits/pot holders for oven use. There is not cable/satelitetv. You have to input your own streaming account and password to watch wifi tv. Location was bayside though with a nice view.'

'Great location to relax. The lake with all the wildlife made for a great setting. The loft was perfect for the weekend stay. Host was spot on with instructions and responded quickly when contacted.'

'Exactly as described! We loved the condo, especially the patio overlooking the water. It’s a gated property, with a nice pool, pier& seating area closer to the waterfront. At dusk there is a nice fire pit& torches. Very close to the airport which was a plus. Many restaurants in the area too. We visited Ybor village and ate at the Columbia Restaurant! It was a treat!'

'This property was pretty much as advertised. The unit was clean and comfortable. There are separate pool and beach areas on the property, and the tiki hut restaurant by the pool has excellent food. The location is within reasonable driving distance to St. Pete, Clearwater, Dunedin, and Ybor City. We would go back there again.'

'Great views. We found everything what was needed in this apartment for our 3 nights stay. We like this property very much and stayed in 3 apartments already but one thing which requires attention is cleaning AC system. It has moldy smell. It is related to another apartment we stayed before. If not this smell I would give 5 rating instead of 4'

'We really enjoyed this community, and this place would have been perfect for a shorter stay. Some of the pics were dark, and I believe it said it was a 1 bedroom. While the king size bed was amazingly comfortable, this was a studio--the couch was right next to the bed. There also wasn't a kitchen--there is a hot plate that is stored in the cabinet and the refrigerator is dorm size.'

'Mooi hotel in een baai , zwembad plus poolbar , nadeel je had geen strand en je kon niet de zee in allemaal rotsen , op de foto leek dat er een klein strandje was gemaakt en dat je daar het water in kon , helaas was dat niet zo !!!! '

'Hotelshuttle vanuit het hotel goed geregeld. Vriendelijke ontvangst. De suite ruim, maar helaas was het toilet kapot. Gezien late aankomst geen monteur meer aanwezig. Aanbod een andere suite. Gezien dat wij moe waren van de reis en we verbleven er maar 1 nacht, het maar zo gelaten. Zou een extra notitie van gemaakt worden! Helaas volgende ochtend weer opnieuw moeten melden, niets bekend van een notitie!'
