Family Vaca 2024
The house and resort were excellent. The location was close to all parks. The themed rooms were such a treat for the children. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils and devices needed. There were plenty of towels and the beds and bedding were comfortable. The pool was such an added bonus! We were a family group of 13 ranging in age from 1 to 68 and the house and resort had something for each of us. Totally pleased and would stay here again!

Great family space!
Enjoyed 3 generations of family at the house. The community pool is great! The water is warm enough to enjoy in Feb. The house could use a little updating. Unfortunately the pool heater didn't work but we were refunded the money.

Nice vacation
The area and property were nice and suited our needs. The only complaint was that we paid to have the pool heated and it never got warm. We didnt even get in the pool and only got in the hot tub once for about 15 min because it waant warm.

Dear guest, we’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the house. When you were there, we had one of the lowest temperature in Orlando. We were at 35° for two days. After that, the weather reached 60 degrees and the pool was nice and warm. Unfortunately, when the outside temperature is below 50 degrees the pool can’t reach a high temperature.

Great house, great location!
We really enjoyed our stay at this delightful, roomy house. The pool was bonus after a long day at Disney World. Owners were quick to respond to questions or concerns. Loved how close Disney was to us (10 minute drive). The Walmart down the street was so convenient and had everything we needed. (Get your Disney ears and shirts here!!) Great house, great location!

Great home!
The location of this house was amazing and the center of everything. There’s even a Walmart 5 minutes away that delivered our groceries for the week. The house pool was great and even had some float toys provided, the resort pool was nice too, our family was very comfortable we will be back!

Florida Family Trip
We were a family of 11 travelling from all over. We had a wonderful stay. We even had guests allowed that we knew visit for the day with ease. Elias allowed us to enter the community since we arrived earlier than check in - so we used the pool until 4pm. The house was extremely clean when we arrived. There was ample space for 6 adults and 5 children ranging from 3 to 9. The extra kids space in the garage area (all insulated) was wonderful and they enjoyed it. Ample rooms, bathrooms, etc. The pool was great and gated. We just wish there was a BBQ on site. Elias was prompt in his communication and really easy to talk to! Thank you for a wonderful stay, and we hope to be back again.

Colantoni family Vacation
Our stay at the house was wonderful. Location was excellent. It was close to the parks and Walmart was 2 blocks away. We used the pool at the house and also the water park and pool on the grounds. The only complaint my family and I had was that the mattresses on all the beds were terrible. My husband and I ended up sleeping on the couch because we were unable to sleep on the mattress that was in the bedroom downstairs. Overall, the house was very nice and quiet and my family of 12 had the space we needed.

Great property
This house was great for our 8 day stay! My sister and her family joined us for a few days, so we had 11 in our party for half our trip. We all fit comfortably. For the rest of the trip, we had 7 people and had plenty of space. Everyone loved the pool. The kids loved the game room too. The community water park was a huge hit too. The house has a great layout and location. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! The only thing that would improve the stay is if they would leave items from previous guests like coffee filters, garbage bags, landry soap, etc. There was none of that available other than the original roll of paper towel and one garbage bag provided with the house.

Great property, walking distance to central pool area. Stayed in February 2022 with family (6 adults and 5 kids). Only issue is that we assumed it had a hot tub, but it was just a spa (same temp as pool water- warm but not hot). No other issues, communication with owner was good.

Perfect location and great experience!
The house was clean and the themed rooms were so cute for the kids! Pool and hot tub were a great way to cool off and relax. The water park and pool area were close walking distance and so much fun for everyone! It was so relaxing before our stay at Disney! We wished we had rented this house for our entire stay and broken up the days to Disney instead of cramming it in to the end of our trip. This house was so relaxing! Only con was that the hot tub shuts off at 9p. We wanted to relax with some wine when the kids went to bed but there is a noise ordinance. Great communication with the owners though. They were always ready to help. Highly recommend this home for a family vacation. Oh and the kids play house in the garage was a big hit and it’s HUGE!! So much fun for the little ones!

We stayed in early January for the second time at this amazing home. My wife and I brought our son, his wife along with our 2 year old and 6 month old granddaughters. It was truly a home away from home and a haven away from the hustle and bustle of the Disney parks. We love the themed rooms, the Mickey Mouse house, the location (less than 15 minutes to each Disney park) and the pool. We look forward to staying again the next time we are in Orlando!

Perfect for large or multiple families!
We had a great experience! The home was very clean and well organized. We loved having kid friendly dishes, a playroom and extra kid amenities. The themeing was fun but not over-the-top. Having access to a private pool and a community pool was a great perk. We spent a lot of time at Disney & Universal parks...the house was super close to all of them. Having grocery/shopping so close was a great surprise and came in very handy. We would definitely recommend this property to others and maybe one day we'll get to come back.

Amazing layout!
There was more than enough room for my family to spread out! We had a family of 5, my parents, and my sister. We could’ve easily fit many more people in the house. The layout is just perfect for everyone to be separated. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. It was very cold when we visited in December, but the hot tub and pool kept us warm. We took a rest day and spent all day in the pool! It was in the 40s that day and my kids had a great time. Thank you for your hospitality!

First Family Disney vacation
The property is absolutely beautiful and very clean! The Disney themed rooms were so much fun for our children (ages 4,6,8) and they enjoyed the game room! Communication with the host is prompt and they were helpful with questions we had about the property once we arrived. Great place or family!
We had 9 people and the house was roomy and well laid out. The kids loved the “secret” play room and we all loved having the pool at the house. There was a fence and a secure door latch so that the kids could not access the pool without adult supervision. The resort swim park and pool were a real bonus. We were also very close to all the Disney World resorts. We will be back!

We loved the house and the resort! The house was fully stocked with everything a family with a toddler could need. The themed bedrooms were amazing as well as the game room. My 3 year old granddaughter never wanted to leave her princess room or stop playing in the playhouse. We will definitely be booking this house for our next Disney trip!

Amazing Disney House
This house was amazing and gave you all the Disney vibes! It had everything you could need for kids and babies. The pool was awesome and had some pool toys and tubes for the kids we definitely left more. The clubhouse pool and amenities were great as well the kids loved being at the pool all the time. The house is super close to the Disney parks so that was a huge plus. It was also close to all the shopping you could need. Would definitely stay here for our next trip to Disney!

We stayed with two other families (old friends from college). This was a great place to come and relax after a long day at the parks. We enjoyed being able to make dinners for our group, and swimming in the pool after a warm day in the Florida sun. On our rest days the kids enjoyed going to the community waterpark.

We had a great time at this house - used the pool everyday and the kids loved their bedrooms. It was great for us with one bedroom and bathroom on the lower floor - creating a private area for my mother travelling with us to have her own space and not have to use the stairs as much. Good size pool which was utilized daily. (we heated it which was worth it). House is close enough to walk to the central amenities - playground and pool - if you want to. We used the main pool once but the kids actually preferred the private pool at the house.

Great experience staying at this location. Everything as listed. A little pricey after all is added up but my kids and family had a blast. Great vacation!
We had a great time at this home. It is conveniently located to Disney properties, Walmart, walkable distance to the clubhouse and it's water park. The pool was enjoyed everyday. Children's rooms are fun and game room clubhouse and air hockey a hit for sure. The house is comfortable and plenty of room for our family of 13. I am not sure this merits 4 or 5 stars but the only downside was there was no extras like toys, beach toys and towels for the pool or a trip to the ocean.. We had to purchase these things and gave them away to other travelers. Not a big deal but an extra expense if you are looking to be in the water on your vacation. Thank you for sharing your home.
