My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for our Walt Disney and Universal Plans. Clubhouse was very close and our kids loved both the pool at the house and the amenities offered. Would stay again!

Golf Getaway
We stayed here as part of a boys golf trip. The house was perfect. Enough rooms for our foursome. The hot tub got nice and warm to help sooth our old man muscles. Highly recomended for a golf trip or a family stay.

Great Location For Disney & Universal
My wife, our three kids, her brother and his wife were only there from Friday night through Sunday night. They were on the go from early each morning till late at night. Therefore, they did not have much time to enjoy a home that had everything they needed. They especially liked the many bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The Host was especially helpful and the home is located in a gated community which was really nice.

very small parking lot.
One thing didn't make sense to us. The house has five bedrooms and we were in four families with 4 cars and we had some difficulties solving this. Normally a group of friends rents these houses for vacation and to share each room with a family, so consequently there will be more than 3 cars, the only thing that didn't make sense to us was that. So the condominium simply said to park outside and that was our experience. The rented house is ok.

One of our worst stays
First of all for the price it smelled weird, furniture was dated, wifi was very slow and last but not least the matresses were very bad quality and we could feel the springs and they were sitting on very thin plies of wood. I suggest you update your pictures on ur webiste cause it was nothing like we saw.

The property is very convenient to all the major stores and really close to Disney...wasn't to bad traveling to Universal Studios either...communication was great and no hiccups when arriving and checking in...If your looking for simplicity and convenience this is your place to be...I would come back if I were to visit again

Great Spot Near Disney
We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was clean and in working order. Property owner/manager were timely with communication leading up to stay. No issues during stay. Nice pool and view in back of house. Appreciated the dishwasher tabs, paper towels, new rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, laundry tabs and trash liners. Plenty to get us through our weekend. Great location with easy access to Disney.

Good place for family with kids
Everything was pretty clean except for rugs and carpets but that is kind of usual with places like this. Appreciated the door alarm for sliding door to pool. Strollers need replacing as they are pretty trashed. It is not new but it does the trick for the price paid. Pool was clean and there were some pool toys. Pretty good value for money. Communication was great with owner.

Disney Family Vacation
This was a perfect place for our family to stay while enjoying some Disney fun! The home was a easy 15 min drive from driveway to parking lot of each Disney park we visited. Because we planned a rest day between each park day we really enjoyed the pool at the home and the community pool with water slides were just a short walk away. We noticed immediately after arriving that the air conditioner was not working properly. After attempting to call the property manager several times I texted the owner and he quickly called the property manager himself and sent me the number (I had been calling the wrong number). They sent someone out the next morning and within a day we had a new air conditioner installed and working. I understand that things such as this can happen at anytime but I was very pleased with how quickly they worked to resolve the problem! I would definitely rent this home again if we return and recommend it to others! Thank you!

This property is worn down. Paint on cabinet is flaking, carpets in bedrooms are worn out; one is off hinges; cracks in tile in living room; air return ducts are disgusting - especially over dining table; base boards are disgusting; mold on pool edge; A/C locked at 74; rug in living room is disgusting, my kids wouldn't even put their feet on it; sheets are scratchy; pillows are cheap and thin. UGH

Pros: Clean home conveniently located to attractions. Neighborhood had lots of amenities. Each room had attached bathroom. There were 2 pack-n-plays, 2 big strollers, a highchair, box fans, and many extra household items not typically provided. Cons: Paid extra to have pool heated and it was never even close to being warm. I understand cold outside temps will reflect pool temp but upon arrival, maintenance man indicated that the heater was not turned on. Was told heater would run from 8a-8p. Messages were sent to owner and eventually ignored completely when pool temp never improved. Refund for pool heat was ignored. Community is strict about trash pick up and check out instructions state to remove all trash however, sufficient trash bags are not provided. If you pay a cleaning fee and are required to remove trash before checking out, the least you could do is provide trash bags. Kitchen supplies were limited. No rags, pot holders, and only one dish towel. Bring you own dish soap. Will rent again but will skip the extra heater fee.

Thanks for the feedback. Pool heat was turned on, per resort regulation will be running from 8 am - 8 PM. When the temperature goes very low, it is difficult to maintain high water temperature due to heat loss. Since the heater is on and pool is heated, you were charged for pool heat. Vacation home is self-catering with starter trash bag in kitchen/bathrooms.

Perfect Family Vacation
The property was great. Bigger than anticipated and the communication with the management was awesome. Had a minor issue with the pool pump, but management got the issue resolved in less than a day. Very spacious and the gated community with the water park was epic. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Perfect location for Disney and Universal.

Amenities and pool are great for families
Overall this is a good place to stay. It’s is definitely in need of some TLC, but all is cosmetic. Proximity to Disney, personal pool and the complexes amenities made it worth it to our family.

The property would have been better if the owner had sent us the information to get in. We were all turned away at the security gate because they didn't have our names (I rented the property 5 weeks prior to our visit.) We had to pay to stay somehwhere else for the night until the owner provided check in information to the resort. Unacceptable breach of contract. The owners should NOT be renting their property if they can not fulfill their part of the rental agreement.

Listing house rules and our check-in email clearly states we need full name and cell phone or email address to send the epass. We had even followed up via message through the app. Guest had provided the names but not their numbers or email. One of the guest was denied entry and they had contacted us, epasses were issued within 30 mins and they entered the resort/home and also confirmed via call and text same day. After check-out guest requested for refund, which we could not process. We request future guests to please review the house rules, send us the information ahead of time. If no information is sent, we send only one epass to guest who booked the reservation.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. We did have an issue with a carbon dioxide detector that beeped all night the first night because there was no after hours maintenance available. (but this was not the owner's fault). We also had to call the property manager after 2 days to have the pool heater turned on when it was supposed to be on when we arrived. But other than that, it was a nice house and the gated community was very clean and safe. We would definitely rent this place again if we ever make it back to Disney.

Horrible experence
I was disappointed with the owner before I even arrived to the property. I had booked this rental nearly 8 months in advance. My family was planning on spending our first 3 nights in Florida at the ocean and our final 6 days at this property. Three days before my trip begins, I received a cancelation notice of of our ocean property due to hurricane Ian. After scrambling to find another rental, I reach out to this owner to make sure that there was no damage to this property. I wanted to ensure this one was ok, and if not, to allow me more time to find another location if there was damage. The owner failed to respond at all. Once arriving at the property we found that it was in need of a lot of maintenance and cleaning. Upon entering the kitchen there are several cabinets where the front are peeling off. Above the kitchen sink on the wall/ceiling there were splatters of food. There was also mold behind the faucet. The tile flooring going towards the garage had grout that was chipping away. We had to constantly pick it up so that we didn't step on the sharp pieces. All of the bedrooms were very out dated and beds were very uncomfortable. In the princess bedroom upstairs, the TV couldn't be hooked up. The pool area could have been very nice with a good cleaning. I own an inground pool at my own home, and know the proper cleaning of it. This one had black mold/algae on the underside of the pavers where the water easily hits it. It was especially bad in the hot tub part. I would not recommend this property. On our 2nd to last day at the home, we used the oven for the first time. It burned our garlic toast and we opened a window to let the smell out. Everyone was in the pool and my husband walked into the garage to get some pool towels. When he shut the garage door, the entire bottom half of the window fell out of the sash and broke. The metal brackets that old the window in also fell out of the opopening. I called the owner immediately who instantly got snippy with me about when had happened. Fortunately, maintenance was able to have it repaired the same day. Two days later, I received an extra charge of 200.00. The owner claims we didn't latch it properly. Not sure how the owner could tell from Michigan. Also not sure how the window sash would fall out from not latching it properly. The property is not safe and I wouldn't recommend it. The pros of the stay was the community pool and kids water slides area. My kids had a lot of fun there.

Our home didn't have any hurricane damage. Guest did not report any issues mentioned above, only called 2 days before check-out to inform the kitchen window was broken and sent the pics. We were not snippy just concerned to ensure no-one was hurt. We cleared the kitchen and repaired same day. Due to damage, we only charged $200.00.

Windsor Hills Disney Magic!
Our two families thoroughly enjoyed our stayed at this lovely property. Enough room for everyone to have their own space but we spent most of our time together out on the pool deck. The house is exactly as advertised on VRBO we have no complaints at all. The owner responded very quickly to a few enquiries before we arrived and the maintenance team were speedy to help with one thing we needed assistance with. So close to Disney we came home twice in the heat of the day and returned to the parks in the evening. Can't recommend this house enough, thanks for memories.

Clean but VERY outdated- would not stay again
Overall the property was okay at best. Property was VERY outdated (the pictures on the listing must have been taken several years ago- they were misleading), beds were HORRIBLE, and there’s a few minor cosmetic issues that need to be addressed, but are overlooked. The property’s best attribute was the washer and dryer. The kitchen is NOT fully stocked with enough pots, every knives were dull, and they had no decent sized bowls. Overflow parking isn’t far, but it was a pain to have to walk 3-4 mins to get to my car. The owner took a while to respond to all of my questions and the property manager never called me back after reporting something. The house is approximately 3.6 miles to Disney and traffic gets very congested near the Walmart, so make sure you leave early enough to avoid it.

We enjoyed our stay. The view and the pool were wonderful. We were disappointed the siding doors to the pool had to be closed at all times or an alarm would go off. I understand the need for safety for families with small children, but when adults only are staying there should be an override to make space more usable. There are sleeping accommodations for 10 people, but only seating for 5 in the living area. All the mattresses on all the beds, need to be replaced. The kitchen was good, back lacked towels, oven mits, adequate soap for dishwasher. The game room in the garage was an added bonus , The extra refrigerator in the garage was appreciated. For those with small children we did see, Pack and Play cribs, Strollers and baby gates.

The house was as depicted, however, it needed a fair amount of TLC. Lots of cracks and peeling paint. The patio furniture was dated and unstable. Overall it suited us as we were four guys on a golf vacation. I would still give it a four star for location and price.

Very Close to Disney Gated community seemed very safe
The only problem we had. I called the maintenance/property manager to tell them the hot tub was not working. He said they were going to come fix it they never did. Im thankful the weather was warm so the kids were able to swim. Also The thermostat is set for 72 and will not let you program lower. For some people that’s fine but I would have liked it on 70. Oh yea the throw rug in the living room needs to be tossed😬Other than them minor issues our stay was great!!!!!

Location location location
Family getting together for a Disney trip. The house was minutes from Disney property and the development is like a resort. There was a long line to enter the development at the guard gate the first night but no problems afterward. The house was nicely decorated, well maintained and clean. We cooked in the kitchen several nights and found everything in working order. The beds were comfy and bathrooms very clean. We enjoyed the gameroom and looking out over the lake. One morning we were awakened by hot air balloons floating by. Would definitely stay again. Had several questions prior to travel and was able to talk to owner .
