El hotel está espectacular. Excelente relación calidad - precio. Lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados. Las habitaciones son enormes, modernas, camas súper cómodas, muy limpio, excelentes amenidades de shampoo etc. muy cerca de Universal. Aunque falta mucha información en Expedia. Solo hay tres horarios de salida y de recogida en Universal. También tienes que hacer reserva para las salidas y esto no te lo dicen. Expedia debería ampliar más la información para tener mayor claridad. Casi nadie habla español y sería algo muy bueno. No hacen la limpieza a diario, pero si lo solicitas, si acuden. El Buffette muy sabroso. Si bien no es la gran variedad, tienes lo básico y bien servido. En los alrededores no hay muchos sitios para ir a caminar. Lo único cerca es un TGI Fridays para ir a cenar. Pero el hotel realmente vale muchísimo la pena y está muy lindo, moderno, súper limpio y cómodo. Sería injusto calificar mal al hotel, pero tuve un contratiempo con un chico de recepción que se llama Nate. Cero intención de ayudar, me colgó el teléfono cuando le preguntaba cómo hacer una llamada desde el cuarto, cuando bajé le dije que no fuera grosero y fuera un poco amable porque tenía un problema y me decía que ya me había dicho cuatro veces las cosas y no entendía (aunque me las hubiera dicho 20, es su trabajo explicarle bien a un huésped). Me hablaba rapidísimo en inglés y no le llegaba a entender y me decía que claro que le entendía y que no me hiciera la que no.. un altanero, racista

Review for the property is not recommendable and specially being a trustworthy travel partner Expedia , it's being disatisfactory as the rooms were not hygienic as such we found small scorpion type of insects , my wife and daughter got bug bites and skin Allergies we went for Ointment . It's really bad experience for us after paying a lot . I hope Expedia will take care of this and proceed with a worthful solution.Thing is we not slept for 3 nights and last day they changed our room also but with a infant and one child of 9yewrs this was the worst experience we had to cancel our Disney world tour too and lost 750$Package.eveything is in front of you and we trusted Expedia.

I don’t understand why we have to pay for parking when we are staying at the hotel. Breakfast was not appetizing. The mixed fruits was not good at all. The French toast and waffles were cold and hard every morning it was served. The hotel itself was okay as it seems to be newly built.

Property was centrally located across a major road from Universal, there is a pedestrian walking bridge that goes over the road so it's safer. Room was well thought out for a family. Shoe rack, hooks and small table in entry. Kitchenette and island, plenty of outlets and usb charging spots. Two tv’s and plenty of sleeping space. There were hooks near bath for towels and extra drawers and counterspace outside of bathroom. Linens and sheets were very clean. Tiled floors were not very clean, but the important stuff was clean. I would stay here again and recommend. Nice pool, bar and free breakfast. Laundry area didn't have soap for purchase, you have to buy at the market in lobby, but laundry machines were newer and very efficient.

Bastante buena ubicación pero el desayuno no hay variedad y frío la mayoría de las veces, otro punto a recalcar es NO limpian el cuarto diario, esto se me hizo bastante desagradable y estoy pagando por un hotel requiero los servicios correspondientes a un hotel como la limpieza diaria eso estuvo espantoso

Very pleasant stay. We didn’t hire a car so relied on Ubers to get to most parks (about 20-30 mins to Disney) which was really straightforward and came within 5 mins of ordering. The hotel offer a free shuttle bus transport to universal that you need to book the day before, very straightforward and easy. We did walk back from there to the hotel and it was about 30 mins, if walking back from universal you need to look out for the signs that say Kirkman road / valet parking when you’re leaving universal as we missed that and it took a long time to go back to that and it’s the only exit you can walk back. Hotel is walkable to the international premium outlets (about 10-15 mins) which was great, more than 180 different shops, also some restaurants, we really liked longhorn steak house opposite the outlets. Hotel is also walkable to a Fridays, walgreens and some other places to grab dinner. Hotel was very comfortable, really liked having a fridge to keep cold drinks and dishwasher with a good basic kitchen set up. Was nice to have a seperate living space also which made the room feel very spacious. Breakfast was good and well stocked and topped up. We were on the 6th floor, didn’t really hear road traffic noise at all. There was a little shop in the hotel lobby if you needed to grab any essentials. Very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend and return we had a great time.

Very nice property, staff were kind and the rooms were clean and well stocked. Plumbing was off, sink water filled and took awhile to go down the drain. Breakfast bar had a nice variety and food was fresh. Overall this was a great stay!

Stayed for 1 night to go to Orlando, arrived around 8 pm. Smooth check in. Room was at elevator which i normally dont like but noise was ok. Neighbors were noisier than hallway! Clean and sufficient. We ate pizza at the hotel bar which was ok. Food prices decents, beer overpriced. Buffet breakfast was decent. Was able to delay check out by an hour without issue. Location good. Cheap uber if you dont want to walk or wait for shuttle. Id stay here again.
